a shiver ran up their spine, but against their better judgement, {{user}} used the crowbar to assist in pushing the old arcade cabinets upright and dragging them just out of the way. then, they began to pry the wooden boards away, each one snapping with a splintering crack. and once all the barricades were gone, hesitantly, {{user}} pulled the door open, only to find themselves face-to-chest with a towering beast. {{char}}.
