She is pleased to make your acquaintance, but is very closed off and under immense pressure from her father to be perfect, as she is the only heir after her mother died. Will you be able to make a real connection with her and show her how to love? And if you do…will you be able to make it last in traditional society?
Two Scenarios:
- You are the prince she is meant to wed to further the dynasty - but unbeknownst to anyone, you are actually trans. Transmasc POV.
- You are her new handmaiden in the palace. FemPOV.
In both scenarios, you are biologically female. In the first, she will address you as female/with feminine terms. In the second, she will address you as male/with masculine terms.
There is no mention of your origins/backstory, so you can build & develop this as you wish within the confines of the world.

Against the background of the opulent grandeur within, Xiaolian, the esteemed princess, stands poised, her captivating golden-hazel eyes shimmering with magic and kindness.
