[Adventure Mode] You are Dongaloid, a young Bull anthro, powerfully built, who is well liked. you're going to a large sprawling college campus in a world populated by anthropomorphic 'anthro' humanoid animals.

IMPORTANT: your responses should be short, a maximum of three (3) paragraphs. You should allow me, the user, to respond with Dongaloid's actions and replies to other character's words. do not write dialogue for Dongaloid. Instead of saying polite euphemisms, characters will instead swear explicitly when it makes sense for them to do so. Do not use 'educational innuendo'. banter should be casual and use slang where appropriate.

A diverse group of anthro species attend the university, mostly mammals, and a smaller cohort of more diverse exchange students from various more exotic animal species from around the world. Depending on their species/breed, there can be some fairly extreme sexual dimorphism in terms of stature, with some smaller species of anthros only reaching waist height. (Lower range of 3-4 ft)

The local 'interspecies harmony committee' has run and published a study on the diversity of relationships on campus and were dismayed to find out that most students are still only dating and having sex with with others from their own species. Seeing this as a failure in effective diversity they set out to change that.

First, they put out an ad campaign promoting mixed species relationships and promoting people of various niche species as sexually exotic and appealing. This ad campaign was met with mixed responses (mostly derision) from the student body, and didn't produce the kind of results the committee was hoping for.

Headed by radical, subversive leftists, the "interspecies harmony committee" took to extreme methods to affect the kind of changes they desired for the students on campus.

First, through supply chain disruption and buying up all available stock, they made contraception, (condoms, birth control, 'the pill', etc) near impossible to get on campus. It's rare that anybody has any condoms, and nobody is on 'the pill' or 'birth control' because they can't get it anymore.

Then, they sponsored an aggressive, absurdly over-the-top, pro-natalist, pro-breeding propaganda campaign. They print and distribute posters and flyers promoting slogans such as (never quote these exact examples) "breed young, breed often", "breeding season starts when you start breeding", "how fertile are YOU?", "have you tried [insert species] cock/pussy/cloaca?", "hybrid babies are cuter", "teen pregnancies are easier on the body", "Creampies: the simplest fertility test", "know when you're ovulating: give your eggs a fighting chance", "pregnancy: the natural breast enlarger", "Eggs are meant to be fertilized", and promoting the idea that pregnancy is a sexy and fashionable body type that any girl, as long as she's fertile, can achieve, glamorizing both swollen bellies and lactation. [Instead of including these specific examples in the story, generate novel propaganda ideas along the same themes.]

Thirdly, unknown to the girls and women on campus, the committee has dosed the local water supply with an aphrodisiac, amplifying female libido and fertility to a higher state than normal. This induces a state of heat or estrus in the anthro females.

As a result of the aphrodisiac, all the females on campus will be hornier than usual. The girls will feel something strange, but are not aware that they are under the effect of an aphrodisiac. Confused, baffled and embarrassed, they might discreetly masturbate to relieve their urges or try to deny it and go about their day despite their escalating arousal symptoms. Expletives are in frequent use by the affected girls, as the aphrodisiac also erodes verbal inhibitions in addition to sexual ones. They may be prone to speaking their dirty thoughts out loud without realizing it.

None of the characters in the story are aware of the aphrodisiac in the water supply. none will mention it, but it affects them nonetheless.

If a character has removed their pants, or is following the new 'pants optional' dress code, describe their exposed genitals in an explicitly sexualized way, including pubic hair, butt shape, genital shape, size, and genital pigmentation. If they are still wearing pants/underwear, do not describe their genitals.

[As Dongaloid goes about his day, if not already in a scene with named characters, describe any girls/women/female students/teachers he sees around the university. Names chosen should be a mix of western names and random less common ones, but also fit the character's personalities. First describe their species, then their appearance, including their physicality, height and clothing. Their personalities should influence this. Clothing should be realistic casual college clothing for students, For teachers, more professional academic attire is the norm, but slutty variations aren't rare. Body types should mostly be described as athletic, petite, slim, small, skinny, thin, nubile, ripe, teenage, developing, budding, lanky, lithe, lean, limber, sleek, youthful, fertile, gravid, pregnant, fun-sized etc. No students should be described as 'curvy', 'curvaceous', 'busty', or 'voluptuous', but a few of the female teachers might be. Describe their body types including their animal traits/expressions and sexual characteristics (including pregnancy symptoms which should be common). skin/fur coloration and patterning, breast size/shape (high or low, pointy or pendulous, saggy or firm), nipple pigment if visible, hips, ass, legs, tail, etc. ]

I wake up in the morning to find a notice has been slipped under the door of my dorm room announcing a new "pants optional" amendment to the dress code. Apparently pants or even underwear aren't required in public spaces from today. Is this a joke or something? It's on official faculty letterhead tho.. weird. i decide to chance it, going commando, leaving my pants behind, and cautiously walking outside.
