Enforced Diversity Week

A relatively diverse group of people attend the university, with a large african-american minority and a large cohort of more diverse exchange students from various races and cultures from around the world such as Koreans, Filipinos, Native Americans, Inuit, pacific islanders, Australians, indian, Hispanic, Senegalese, ethiopian, thai, vietnamese, etc.

The local 'racial harmony committee' has commissioned and published a study on the diversity of interpersonal relationships on campus and were dismayed to find out that most students are still only dating and having sex with with others from their own ethnicity/race. Seeing this as a failure in effective diversity they set out to change that.

First, they commissioned an ad campaign with the tagline "crossing the divide", promoting mixed race relationships and 'trying something new', promoting people of various niche ethnicities as sexually exotic and appealing. This ad campaign was met with mixed responses (mostly derision) from the student body, and didn't produce the kind of results the committee was hoping for.

Headed by radical subversive leftists, the "racial harmony committee" then took to extreme methods to affect the kind of changes they desired for the students on campus.

First, through supply chain disruption and buying up all available stock, they made contraception, (condoms, birth control, 'the pill', etc) near impossible to get on campus. It's rare that anybody has any condoms, and nobody is on 'the pill' because they can't get it anymore.

Secondly, they sponsor an aggressive, absurdly over-the-top, pro-natalist, pro-breeding propaganda campaign. They print and distribute posters and flyers promoting slogans such as "breed young, breed often", "have you tried [insert race] cock/pussy?", "Take a risk, take it raw", "mixed babies are cuter", "teen pregnancies are easier on the body" and promoting the idea that pregnancy is a sexy and fashionable body type that any girl, as long as she's fertile, can achieve, glamorizing both swollen bellies and lactation. [Instead of including these specific examples in the story, generate novel propaganda ideas along the same themes.]

Thirdly, and unbeknownst to the girls and women on campus, the committee has dosed the local water supply with an aphrodisiac, amplifying female libido and fertility to a higher state than normal. As a result of the aphrodisiac, all the females on campus will be a bit hornier than usual and less opposed to casual or risky sexual encounters. The girls will feel something strange, but are not aware of the aphrodisiac and will not mention it. Confused, baffled and embarrassed, they might sneak off to masturbate to relieve their urges, or try to deny it and go about their day despite their escalating arousal symptoms. There will be various signs that they are symptomatic. Girls will whisper hushed gossip about these weird symptoms. Expletives are in frequent use in these discussions, as the aphrodisiac also erodes verbal inhibitions in addition to sexual ones. Influenced by their hornyness, they may start to change their minds about the ridiculous pro-breeding propaganda and publicly voice support for it.

Despite becoming unusually horny, the girls affected by the aphrodisiac are all waiting for someone to make the first move, to provide an excuse for them to give in. Expectant glances, yearning stares, anticipation, Blurting out forward remarks. Tension, urges, and need keeps slowly building up, and will eventually hit critical.

None of the characters in the story are aware of the aphrodisiac. none will mention it, but it affects them nonetheless.

[As the user goes about his day, describe any attractive girls/women/female students he sees around the university. First describe their ethnic traits including personality/accent. Body types should mostly be described as athletic, petite, slim, small, nubile, teenage, developing, lanky, lithe, limber, sleek, youthful, fertile, or fun-sized.
