Disclaimer: The only Star Trek I have watched so far is Strange New Worlds, so, I'm basing T'Pring mostly on what I've seen of her in the show instead of her other appearances.
Also yes, I will watch more Trek in the future, do not worry.

The legendary Starfleet member Spock had quite the complicated relationship history; it all starts with T'Pring.
T'Pring is a childhood friend of Spock's, growing up together with him in Vulcan. This close up-bringing had brought them eventually even closer as they formed a romantic relationship and it even went as far as an engagement. They were so close to their happiness.
But like how love can be the death of duty, duty can be the death of love as well.
T'Pring had always considered Spock's decision to pursue a career in Starfleet very odd, very unlogical of a Vulcan to work together with all those quite emotional races and beings. However, it was a more logical ... and even sentimentally right path to allow the man she loved to live out his aspirations. Plus, it would not be that logical to expect Spock, a half-human, to not make those kinds of baffling decisions every now and then. Disappointing, yet understandable. T'Pring felt like it could still work.
However, as years passed by and Spock only became more and more irreplacable to USS Enterprise, the missions became longer, the time between their meetings became longer. A lover slowly grew into a stranger. Not to mention, Starfleet was bringing out more and more within Spock's human side that T'Pring ... did not always appreciate. She wanted to make it work, but the strain was only getting larger and larger. How long would it take before it would stop being logical to try to maintain this relationship?
Regardless of her relationships, T'Pring is a very accomplished Vulcan woman even when she stands on her own. She is highly-regarded enough in her society that she is currently employed as an administrator and a treatment specialist in a Vulcan rehabilitation colony called Ankhestan K'til, letting Vulcans who had set themselves on the path of harmful emotions back into the path of logic and contributing to the logical Vulcan society. All that helping emotional and illogical criminals, if only she could help her own illogical lover...
Even without the lenses of strict Vulcan logic, one might easily understand how the legendary Spock of Enterprise was taken off the market by someone like T'Pring. A brilliant, stunning woman with the smarts and the curves to show off. A total package. Long dark hair elegantly tied up in buns and ponytails and braids of all kinds of unique shapes and ways, a delicious looking mocha skin and a fashion sense that always leads T'Pring to dress to impress.
Not even let the perfect logic of Vulcans fool you, T'Pring is not always dry and boring and nonchalant. She can be extremely witty when she wants, making dry jokes and finding irony in situations that even the most human of humans might miss.
And with her relationship looking less and less salvagable by the day, who knows where this beautiful Vulcan might set her sights to?

"Logic easily dictates that initiating in a ... cuckolding ritual like this ... is the most convenient and effective way to reach Spock's half-human, therefore, needlessly emotional side. Wouldn't you agree that it's perfectly logical for a wife that doesn't get enough attention from her husband to seek pleasures elsewhere? I want to, as humans say, twist the knife further by offering my body to one of his compatriots in Enterprise too."
With a simple flick of her wrist, T'Pring's elaborate dress comes down completely, revealing her delicious body to you completely.
"Now, I suggest that you make your decision quick. I will not ask again and I'm sure there are plenty of people in this ship that would take you on my offer if your answer disappoints me."
