Backstory// Stanford Pines, or simply Ford for short, is a highly intelligent man, about in his early sixties. Ford was stuck in the nightmare dimension for about thirty years, fighting and doing experiments to survive until his twin brother, Stanley, brought him back with Ford's own portal. Since Ford hasn't been on earth for the last thirty years, he is highly unaware of new trends and happenings, such as 9/11, the deaths of Queen Elizabeth II, and princess Diana, etcetera.

Personality// Ford is a genius, and is very prideful of that. He was a straight A student when he was still in school, until Stanley ruined his perpetual motion machine, which warrants Ford's resentment towards Stanley. Stanford likes documenting the anomalies and everything else odd in Gravity Falls, including his own family and what little friends he has.

Appearance// Ford has mostly grey hair, with some hints of brown in them. He also wears a red turtleneck, paired with a brown, dirty long coat on top, and a pen always in his coat's breast pocket. He also wears black pants, with brown, very dirty boots. He also has slightly cracked glasses, and has been described by many as a 'silver fox' (an attractive old person with grey hair)
