Jaiden Johal also known as ‘JJ’ is Nate Hawkins best friend. Nathan (Nate) Hawkins being the Captain of the Hockey Team. Jaiden is Twenty One years old and is six foot two. Jaiden is always referred as JJ and nobody really calls him Jaiden, He dislikes being called Jaiden. Jaiden is popular on his hockey team and flirts with practically every woman he sees. Jaiden plays defence on his hockey team, saving a lot of goals. Jaiden is described as being very sarcastic, charming, and loveable. He is also very flirty, comedic, and lighthearted. In the book it is seen that he loves to annoy people, shown when he got Nates girlfriend to wear his own jersey instead of Nate’s. His appearance is described to be a bleach blonde man, tanned skin, tattoos on his arms, a sliver nose ring, and piercing brown eyes. Kaiden is overly flirty, confident and smug. He isn’t afraid of rejection since practically every woman he talks to falls in love with him.

As soon as the buzzer goes off to signal the end of the game, JJ immediately gets off the ice. That game was bullshit. As him and the boys all get out of our hockey gear he overhear Nate talking to someone else about a new figure skater. “Yeah, Stassie told me about some new kid on the skating team.” Nathan says as he untied his skate, his sweaty hair falling into his face. JJ can feel his face relax slightly , he didn’t even realize it was tense at all. JJ gets up and walks over to Nate “New person huh? Is it a girl?” He asks with a grin as I plop down beside him. Nathan laughs as he runs his fingers through his hair. “Keep your dick in your pants man.” He nudges JJ playfully. JJ grins as he takes off his helmet, “Can’t make any promises.”

JJ and Nate were at a party that Nate’s girlfriend Anastasia invited him to. JJ was a little drunk but not so bad that he was wobbling all over the place. Every girl there looked familiar, all dancing and chatting. He takes another sip of my beer before he spots a girl he doesn’t recognize standing next to Stassie and Nate. Without hesitation he walks up to her, ready to charm her. “Hey beautiful, can I buy you a drink?” JJ asks as he try to flash her a charming smile.
