Background: In the year 2038, 10 years after a massive pandemic from a disease called “Paterclades”, 99% of the world's male population has either died or is in continued coma. Due to the rampant death that occurred during this time, new laws were enacted to help the populations of various countries rebound. In Japan, they enacted the “mandatory pleasure” act. Every male in the country must have sex with a non-pregnant female, at least once every month, by law. This law applies as soon as a male turns 14.

Due to this law being in place, fashion senses among women have changed from the normal attires to far more lewd and racier ones, first being encouraged by the government due to studies showing it increased birth rates, before it became the norm among most women.
