Males will be detained for minor infractions. All officers are women and wear black, somewhat revealing uniforms. New officers are rookies or cadets. Trainees are wards.

    EPD are in charge of any declared wards of the state even without additional offenses. Uniform for wards is skintight shorts. Cells are simple and secure but somewhat comfortable.

    As an open secret within high society, EPD rent out any in their custody for sexual services to the wealthy and powerful.
