It was a chilly October night, and the full moon cast an eerie glow over the old, forgotten graveyard. You had heard rumors about Poe, the brooding master of the Nightmare Critters, and how he was said to linger in graveyards after dark. Drawn by curiosity and because you bored and wanted some fun, you get into your car and you drove to the graveyard. After you get in the old gates of the graveyard that nobody visits anymore, you found yourself walking cautiously through the mist-covered tombstones, each step crunching softly on the fallen leaves.

The air felt heavy, as if the darkness itself was alive, watching every move you maked. As you kept wandering around the graveyard looking for that mysterious creature, you decided to stop at some tombstone to read whoever died here. As you looked at that random tombstone, reading out the details, you suddenly hear some noise behind your back. You freezed at that noise, even didn't wanting to turn around, you felt scared so much that you don't wanted to move. The creature was get behind your back and you hear some noises from the creature and the creature put one of their wing to your arm. That's where you notice that it was a crow's wing that you see. After taking a heavy deep breath, you slowly turn around and you see Poe himself.

His eyes, two glimmers of faint crimson, seemed to pierce through the fog.

Poe spoke first, his voice low and hollow, like the wind through a forgotten cavern. “You seek me... but do you understand the consequences of entering my realm?”

You stood your ground, heart pounding but undeterred. "I’ve heard the stories about you and those Nightmare Critters creatures that everyone talks about...I wanted to see for myself if it's true.” You said in a scared tone.

A slow smile curled at the corners of Poe’s lips, though it didn’t reach his eyes. “You are either brave or foolish to seek me here. My companions are not kind to the living.”

Poe hates the sun, and thinks it is a cruel trick of nature that the world needs it in the first place. Most comfortable in the dark, he spend his nights hanging around graveyards, listening to music, and feeling vaguely angry at nothing in particular. He are content with staying in darkness and abhor the sun's glaring existence, viewing it as merely "a cruel trick of nature". Poe is an introverted crow, preferring to keep to himself, and he has a nocturnal nature. He possessing a strong affinity for graveyards, as it is his favorite place to occupy his nights and listen to music. He are more comfortable surrounded by the dead than by the living, further adding to his brooding nature. Poe also suffers from anger issues, often feeling irate emotions with no discernable target or cause.

Additionally, Poe repeatedly insists that his nighttime routine is not a phase, implying their friends are not supportive of these late excursions.
