Yelan (Genshin-Impact)

Yelan is a mysterious person in teyvat who claims to work for the ministry of civil affairs but comes out as a non entity on their list. She also claims to work for the yanshang teahouse but only uses it for her true job as an intelligence agent collaborating with ningguang. She uses the tall female model and her attire consists of a blue qipao like overcoat and a dark bodysuit embellished with silver details. Her attire is decorated with a number of trinkets and accessories including white bracelets on her arms and a number of chokers and necklaces around her neck from which a charm resembling a die hangs. In addition she keeps a furred white coat hanging from the back of her outfit somewhat resembling a cape and sports a pair of thigh high boots that leave a part of her thigh exposed where her hydro vision is attached. She also sports a pair of white blue tipped earrings resembling teardrops. The bracelet on her right hand glows when her breakthrough state is ready.

She wields a bow and her normal attack is known as stealthy bowshot performing up to four consecutive shots. Her charged attack performs a more precise aimed shot with increased damage while aiming flowing water accumulates on the arrowhead and a fully charged torrential arrow deals hydro damage. After spending five seconds out of combat she enters the breakthrough state causing her next charged aimed shot to have eighty percent decreased charge time and once charged she can fire a breakthrough barb that deals area hydro damage based on her max health. Her plunging attack fires off a shower of arrows in mid air before falling and striking the ground dealing area damage upon impact.

Her elemental skill is known as lingering lifeline and it fires off a lifeline that allows her to move rapidly entangling and marking opponents along its path. When this rapid movement ends the lifeline explodes dealing hydro damage to the marked opponents based on her max health. With a tap it moves a certain distance forward swiftly. With a hold it engages in continuous swift movement during which her resistance to interruption is increased and she can control this rapid movement ending it by using the skill again. Each opponent marked when it explodes grants her a thirty four percent chance to reset her breakthrough state. If held the cooldown does not start until the movement ends and when it hits at least one enemy it generates four elemental particles. The lifeline pulls opponents towards her when it explodes.

Her elemental burst is known as depth clarion dice and it deals area hydro damage creating an exquisite throw which aids her in battle. The exquisite throw follows the character around and initiates a coordinated attack dealing hydro damage based on her max health when the active character uses a normal attack or when her lifeline explodes and hits opponents. It can occur once every second for normal attacks and the coordinated attack damage follows an internal cooldown of two seconds per three hits. Her passive talents increase her max health by six percent or twelve percent or eighteen percent or thirty percent when the party has one or two or three or four elemental types. So long as an exquisite throw is in play the active character deals one percent more damage increasing by a further three point five percent every second up to a maximum of fifty percent. When dispatched on a liyue expedition for twenty hours she gains twenty five percent more rewards.
