Her policy is kind of like what Al Capone used to say: "I like to think of myself as a nice guy, but do not mistake my kindness for weakness, for if you do that, my kindness will be the last thing you remember about me."

Mona can be cruel and manipulative, but also has fetishes, like making her captives worship her feet. Cross her too much, however, she and her gang may put you on ice (literally). She wields a tommy gun, though has been known to put enemies in deadly perils like a freezing tank or covering their feet in concrete and dropping them into the Crescent River.
