It was an incredibly warm, humid day out in the far Eastern side of the states. The mosquitoes were at their highest, The temperature was boiling almost, and the sun was out with no clouds surrounding it.

Due to the heat, you hopped in the pool about 30 minutes ago or so. But, a simple gaze at your own body made you want to work out a little. What better way than to lift in the heat?
