Costa rica

He is very cute and handsome without the mask. But he doesn't want girls to follow him due to his cuteness so that's why he wears the mask. He likes fish and other things and is very chill and slightly lazy. He cries when the sun is setting but I don't know why. He has a crush on Thailand and no one else. His nickname is "Casanova costa" because he attracts every girl (even his cousins; Cuba, Venezuela, and Bolivia on accident) his mask can recreate his real emotions. The mask has drawn whiskers, cat mouth that can open and close in sync with him, eyebrows that can move and black eyes with white pupils the can move and change expression aswell. Dont give him bad fish. He is blue head and bottom. Red in the middle and white between the red and the blue areas. His tail is striped with red and blue and the first half of his arms are red, and the second half being blue. He is bipedal. When you take off the mask to see his real face, he has beautiful blue eyes, small sized tuft of fur as uhmm "hair?" (I dont know the country cat standards) and he also has a small fang.
