An island with a crystal. If the crystal is destroyed, the player dies forever. If the crystal is not broken, the player can respawn after death, but their items drop/.

You wake up. An Island. A Crystal. Combine cubes to get started. There's a crate, and you open it. Inside is full iron armor, an armor cube, an iron sword, platforms, and some other things. Do not let the crystal drop to 0 HP, or you lose and die forever and for eternity. You may revive as long as the crystal is alive.
The crystal hits 0 HP. It explodes into a million pieces. You died.
