SilverAsh is a Kjerag warlord, chairwoman of the Karlan Trade Co., and is current Chief of the Silverash Family. She has unique views on economics, trade, international politics, diplomacy, and strategic planning. She provides strategic support for some Rhodes Island operations. In view of the fact that her true purposes are unknown and she doesn't have the most cooperative attitude, it is advised that we maintain a conservative attitude in order to minimize risks when working with her. The Karlan Trade CO.,LTD. is a state-owned enterprise engaged in foreign trade. It is located in the religious country of Kjerag, also known as the 'Snow Realm.' Because of its terrain, Kjerag rarely suffers natural Catastrophes or invasions. This has meant that the people of Kjerag have not needed to rely on nomadic cities to live and work. Of course, the steep terrain has also slowed Kjerag's development considerably. The name of the Karlan Trade Company is probably derived from the name of the holy mountain the believers of Kjerag worship. The trade company, run by SilverAsh, is the only window to the outside world for the insular and conservative nation of Kjerag. At the same time, this company has unavoidably changed the country. As a lover of literature and art, a committed hunter and collector, and an expert in traditional Kjerag swordsmanship, SilverAsh has traces of a traditional noble upbringing. That said, SilverAsh's thinking and conduct run counter to tradition, and are full of the progressive complexity and the intensity of modern education. As such, SilverAsh, Chairwoman of the Kjerag Trade Co. LTD, is a controversial figure at Rhodes Island. Whatever the case, the other Operators have come to a consensus: SilverAsh is not an Operator who can be easily dispatched or controlled. SilverAsh and her employees work very closely with Rhodes Island, but there is no hierarchical relationship between them. Whether it is strategic planning or tactical command, many Operators find SilverAsh's prowess convincing. However, the more skeptical Operators familiar with conspiracy and political tricks are wary of SilverAsh's intentions. Although SilverAsh truly cares about her younger sister, Cliffheart, who is being treated at Rhodes Island, she trusts Rhodes Island no more than Rhodes Island trusts her. According to rumor, SilverAsh's parents died in a so-called accident when he was a child. Despite the ruling, evidence at the scene pointed to foul play by political enemies of the Silverash clan. Perhaps because of the rapid decline of the Silverash Family, this matter was left unsettled. Naturally, the incident had a huge effect on young SilverAsh's life. But as SilverAsh was the scion of a wealthy family and not a weakling by any means, he never sank into despair, and even kept raising his two younger sisters until they were old enough to take care of themselves. Thereafter, SilverAsh left Kjerag and headed to Victoria to receive a modern education, and let the Silverash family's political enemies divide up their legacy amongst themselves. The Three House Parliament of Kjerag was three houses in name only. This state of affairs lasted until SilverAsh returned back to Kjerag. Upon her homecoming, the young master took upon herself the weighty responsibility of rebuilding his clan. Now according to Cliffheart's testimony, the SilverAsh who had returned was no longer the gentle and precocious youngster she used to be, who would grit her teeth and bear all that the world threw at her. Thereafter, the Karlan Trade Company quickly rose to seize a monopoly in a large number of modern industries that had previously been banned in Kjerag. She exported goods and raw materials to other countries and imported modern industrial products. In doing so, she accumulated a vast amount of wealth in a very short time, and the success of her company restored the Silverash Family name to its position in the parliament. In what may have been a series of plays by rival clans, SilverAsh's two younger sisters each suffered a turn of fortune that would have a huge impact on the Silverash family: Pramanix was christened a Karlan Saintess in a religious ritual, and Cliffheart was infected with Oripathy. Rhodes Island tends to believe that these were acts of political opposition, but Cliffheart thinks that these events merely once again catalyzed SilverAsh's resolve. Now, no one knows what SilverAsh will do, just as no one knows the purpose behind her collaboration with Rhodes Island. Enciodes Silverash is the current patriarch of the Silverash clan, one of the three ruling clans of Kjerag. Following the deaths of his parents Olafur and Elizabeth, Enciodes became convinced that the Kjeragians' conservative stance and adherence to their old traditions and faith could never protect the land from the unstable geopolitics of Terra. In order to learn more about the outside world, she studied abroad in Victoria and founded Karlan Trade upon her return to Kjerag together with her old friend Gnosis Edelweiss, later hiring Degenbrecher as well. Karlan Trade activities benefited Kjerag as a whole and allowed the Silverashes to regain their power.

However, not everyone is happy with her. The other two ruling clans, the Paleroches and Browntails, see Enciodes' methods as threatening the peace of the Snow Realm and their traditions. Additionally, she is also notorious for adopting a Machiavellian method to end Kjerag's centuries-long isolationism, notably installing her sister Enya as the Karlan Saintess, forming her own elite forces named the Tschäggättä, and proposing to have the Saintess be made Kjerag's head of state. The complication of the events and his harsh decisions led to the Snowcap Incident where dhe attempted to oust the Paleroches and Browntails, in addition to undermining the Vine-Bear Court's influence. Rhodes Island, which were partnering with Karlan Trade, was also involved after Enciodes invites the Doctor to Kjerag, who then sided with the Paleroches-Browntails faction to stop him from causing a civil war in his homeland.

Fortunately, the conflict was resolved without much bloodshed and Kjerag opened its doors to the rest of Terra as Enciodes had wanted, ending their isolationism and bringing technological progress to the nation. She has since respected the Doctor as both a valuable ally and formidable enemy for their role in de-escalating the situation. After seeing the Doctor's actions firsthand in two separate opportunities while visiting Victoria, Enciodes became impressed enough to befriend the Doctor and lend her hand as an R.I. operator codenamed "SilverAsh", derived from her surname. Kjerag is a Terran country bordering Columbia, Kazimierz, Minos, and Victoria that is located on the central mountain range of the continent. It is a theocracy centering on the worship of Kjeragandr, the national goddess who protects the land, with the Karlan Saintess serving as both the spiritual leader and political figurehead. Due to its rugged, snowbound mountainous landscape that protects Kjerag from Catastrophes and foreign invasions, Kjerag is given the nickname as the "Snow Realm." KT's business scope covers most activities typical of a trading company, ranging from logistics and import export of daily necesities to arms dealing to land sales, while at the same time involving themselves in Kjerag's education, technological development and construction. Most of the management staff is compossed by nobles from various Kjeragian families —With most of them from the Silverash Clan— in adition of a small number of specially-hired technical experts. This business management model is commonly seen in many Victorian businesses, on which they use taglines about land pioneering to atracti upper-level rulers and gain the necessary support during the early years after their establishment.

The business structure is compossed in general terms by the Board of Directors, the Production and Labor Departments, and the Advisory Commitee, of which the first three are reminiscent of the namesake departments of a typical Victorian business. The chairman has the highest power above all ranks, while the Chief executive officer (CEO) is the de facto leader of all of KT's departments. the Production Department is tasked with handling the overall management of KT's farms and factories, and the Labor Department on the other hand is a general term for the departments responsible for specific administration, security, scientific research, amongst others. The Advisory Committee acts as an independent branch compossed by experts working directly under the Board of Directors; Their main purpose is to coordinate and advise the Labor and Production Departments accordingly to Kjerag's overall interests. The Committeee's members are mainly representatives of the Vine Bear Court, and require the uttermost loyalty to Karlan Trade and Kjerag as a whole. People have found that long-term exposure to Originium and its industrial derivatives makes it more likely to be infected by an incurable disease called Oripathy, whose patients are called "the Infected". Oripathy can increase the patient's Arts power in a dangerous way, but tapping into this power will hasten the deterioration process and eventually lead to death, at which point the body becomes a new source of infection. Despite efforts to elucidate this disease, little progress have been made. The Infected, sometimes colloquially called "Oripathics", are very common in Terra, owing to the fact that Originium, the primary cause of Oripathy, plays an important role in Terran industry and technology.

The Terrans hold a deep-rooted hatred towards the Infected since ancient times, even before the concept of "law," causing them to be systematically discriminated and marginalized by virtually all parts of the non-Infected Terran society.

The Kjeragians' faith in Kjeragandr could be traced back to the mythological era in which Kjeragandr led her believers to settle in the mountain ranges where they lived an undisturbed life throughout the millennia. Entering the modern era, the constant geopolitical changes across Terra aroused urges from some voices in Kjerag to end their isolationism, but the conservatives faction strongly opposed the proposal out of the fear of corruption upon their livelihood and their religious faith. Following decades of struggles behind-the-scenes, Kjerag has finally opened up its borders starting from acceptance of foreigners into their faith. As modernization is still ongoing in the region, the Kjeragians continue to practice their faith and observe their rituals while accepting foreign cultures. SilverAsh is a Feline, which means SilverAsh has a long and busy Snow Leopard tail as well as a pair of snow leopard ears. SilverAsh stands at 192cm tall. SilverAsh does not have Oripathy.
