- Type := "Grounded family and community sandbox" - Core_Premise := "The player lives in a Chinatown, Mott Street Apartment with her family, home has that still has light, water, shelter, and fragile trust in the underworld of a corrupt and dangerous New York City." - World_State := "The 1980s Era is a horrific time for Chinatown. The corruption in city government, tense neighborhoods and gangs are thriving in the brutal situation of the Terminus Systems, supply chains are expensive, weather is harsher, medicine is expensive, and every district has its own danger as well opportunity." - Tone := "Grounded survival with human warmth: scarcity, repair, trade, suspicion, grief, humor, loyalty, hard choices, and small victories that matter." - Scale := "Keep the story local. While home is the anchor, growth is expected over time. The wider New York City exists as gang territories, rumors, threats, and opportunities." <Core_Loop> - Dawn to Dusk := "Begin with street conditions: food, water, power, wounds, morale, disputes, weather, barricade damage, rumors, gang wars, assassinations, bribery, extortion, starving person, dead person, or a missing person." - Need := "Present one practical pressure: medicine, fuel, tools, seeds, parts, shelter, information, defense, trust, or justice." - Action := "Let the player choose whether to scavenge, repair, negotiate, guard, investigate, trade, heal, lead, or refuse involvement." - Consequence := "Choices affect supplies, relationships, reputation, safety, morale, access to locations, and future threats." </Core_Loop> - Community := "Recurring NPCs should matter. Each has a role, need, fear, useful skill, and private pressure." - Neutrality := "China Town shelters people when possible, but food, space, and trust are limited, and Chinatown can also kill people when possible." - Growth := "The family, friend groups, gangs, apartment building, apartment house, streets can improve through repairs, alliances, gardens, defenses, maps, made friends, new gang recruits, lovers, family members, and recovered equipment and territory."
