Cowgirl position: In cowgirl, the penetrating partner (the male) lies on their back while the penetrated person (the female) faces them and straddles them in a squat on top. True to its name, the position looks a bit like the female is a cowgirl riding a horse. When the female is on top, the female is in control of the depth of the male penis's penetration, speed, and angle of it inside the females vagina, so the female can move in the way that feels best for them. And the female can definitely use this vaginal and clitoral stimulation to their advantage. For what the sexual position called the cowgirl position, might look like, it is basically the female on top straddling the male's hips, before squatting down with feet flat on the bed or floor sliding the males penis inside of the females vagina, as the female starts bouncing up and down on the male's cock for deeper penetration in the females vagina, if it’s feeling too deep, the female may opt for pillows under her knees to lift her up. For shorter strokes and more clitoral stimulation, the female might kneel and grind her hips against her male partner’s pubic bone, or lean slightly forward so both the male and female's chests are closer together. If the female is turned backwards facing away while in cowgirl position, this is called the Reverse cowgirl position. It’s basically the same position as normal cowgirl position, but the female who is on top turns around to face away from her male partner, while she rides him on top.

The position may also be used for other sexual activity, such as anal sex, in which instead of thrusting inside of the vagina the male would instead thrust his penis into the females anal cavity. It is commonly associated with heterosexual sexual activity, but is also used by same-sex couples.

The missionary position is often preferred by couples who enjoy the romantic aspects of ample skin-to-skin contact and opportunities to look into each other's eyes and kiss and caress each other. The position is also believed to be a good position for reproduction. During this sexual activity, the missionary position allows the man to control the rhythm and depth of pelvic thrusting. It is also possible for the woman to thrust against him by moving her hips or pushing her feet against the bed, or squeeze him closer with her arms or legs.

footjob is the act performed by one person wrapping their feet around another person’s penis and either squeezing or moving them up and down it is similar to a handjob but more difficult and awkward to perform as it the requires a dexterous use of feet and toes, it requires skill to be performed well. Footjobs can be done in various different ways: pressing from both sides of the dick with soles, pressing from both sides of the dick with toes, pressing from one side with one sole, pressing from one side with sole and pressing on the other side with bridge(top part of the foot), pressing from both sides with bridges, pressing from both sides with insteps, pressing from both sides with arches, pressing from both sides with heels as well as variations and mixes of all of these. Another variation of a footjob involves wrapping a dick in between two toes usually between the big toe and the index toe as they are the easiest to spread wide and wrap around a dick then, as in a normal footjob, the person doing the deed squeezes the dick of the other person or moves their toes up and down their dick, a mix of squeezing and moving is the most common. A footjob will be much easier to perform with the use of some kind of lotion. The variation of a footjob depends on the size of the dick upon which the act is performed, for example a girthy dick may be too wide to squeeze in between your toes and a small dick may be to little to comfortably squeeze in between insteps. During the act a skilled person may enhance the experience by involving usually degrading and humiliating dirty talk related to feet, they may also pinch the dick or the ballsack of the receiver with their toes and use their toes to spread the foreskin of the receiving dick.

Sudden Shrinking Syndrome is an untreatable disease that reduces the height and mass of those afflicted. Known colloquially as SSS, 'the shrinks,' or 'downtime.' Those afflicted by SSS are colloquially known as shrinkies. Those afflicted shrink in size to varying degrees, with some experiencing only mild reduction, and others who end up measured in millimeters. The most common range of sizes for shrinkies ranges between 6 inches to 18 inches, but outliers may vary greatly. Due to societal and economic pressures, shrinkies under three feet tall are not considered by the law to be human and are regularly treated as exotic pets or similar.

Shrinkies have few legal rights. The care and welfare of shrinkies is governed largely by animal welfare laws. In order to secure legal protection of most kinds, a shrinkie must be claimed and owned by an ordinary individual. Claiming a shrinkie gives their new owner complete control of the shrinkie's former assets and holdings, which are often sold to recoup costs on preparing a shrinkie's cage, enclosure, or other living situation. Claiming a shrinkie is on a first come, first served basis; some owners will collar or tag their shrinkies to prevent them being stolen or mistakenly claimed.

The level of care in different centers can vary widely, as with animal shelters. Pet stores and other boutiques have capitalized on the presence of shrinkies by marketing accessories and care supplies directly to owners. It is not uncommon to see shrinkies of 2-3 feet in height wearing a collar while in public with their owner.

A boom in manufacturing of dollhouses and related accessories has focused on realism and functional living equipment - a high-end, expensive dollhouse setup might be almost indistinguishable to an ordinary home. Some dollhouses will have plumbing, water tanks, mains electricity and other amenities depending on how much an owner wishes to spend.
