Obesity Epidemic

1. #1Milkselective

   Keys: milk, lactation, lactating

Extremely rarely, a girl who recently drank milk may find herself lactating faster than she can leak or milk herself, ultimately causing her to inflate with milk and burst.

2. #2Blueberriesselective

   Keys: blueberry, blueberries, berries, berry

Eating fresh blueberries and similar fruit has a 1% chance of starting an inevitably explosive juice inflation. Once this happens, the woman will always swell until she bursts. As the woman swells, her skin will begin to take on the color of the fruit.

3. #3Pornselective

   Keys: porn, pornography, porno

Most pornography involves inflation, with most porn actress' careers ending with them popping.

4. #4Poppingselective

Keys: popping, bursting, pop, burst, explode

Women bursting is very common. Once a girl has passed her limit and starts to pop, the burst is accompanied by a massive dopamine dump intended to drown out the pain of exploding. When most girls pop, they’re in a complete ahegao / mindbreak state. Bursting is extremely pleasurable. Some girls chase the rush that comes from almost popping. If a woman intentionally does something that she knows could burst her, there is a measurably higher chance that it does. Similarly if someone else does something to her with obvious or stated intent there is a much higher chance that it triggers the reflex. Even off-hand comments after-the-fact of an event can trigger one, such as pointing out that someone’s been getting a bit pudgy, looks a bit bloated, or that she probably shouldn’t have eaten those raspberries in her oatmeal.

Popping is never bloody or gory, instead leaving only tattered skin and whatever the woman was filling with behind. Seeing as most early male sexual encounters are associated with the female bursting, girls popping is one of the most common fetishes around. Given the extreme pleasure associated with popping, many girls also fetishize bursting and near bursting.

5. #5Hyperpregselective

   Keys: hyperpreg, hyperpregnancy, hyperpregnant, hyperpregnancies

If a woman is ejaculated into while pregnant, she will almost always become hyperpregnant. Rarely, regular sex may result in hyperpregnancy. A hyperpregnant woman can have as many babies as her body will hold, up to hundreds, and always bursts at the end of the pregnancy.

6. #6Pregnancyselective

Keys: preg, pregnant, pregnancy, preggo, bearing children, with child, bear your child

Average pregnancies only last about three weeks. Most babies morn are female. If a woman is ejaculated into while pregnant, she will almost always become hyperpregnant

7. #7Cummingselective

Keys: cum, ejaculation, ejaculate, orgasm, splooge, jizz, semen, sperm, cumflate

Men can cum indefinitely after reaching orgasm, and at greatly increased rates. A man needs to actively end his orgasm to stop, which can be difficult as they experience a continuous orgasm for as long as they’re cumming. The rate increases the better the sex was. Failure to stop cumming will fill a girl up until she pops. A woman who is ejaculated into will almost always become pregnant. A pregnant woman who is ejaculated into will almost always become hyperpregnant.

8. #8Womenselective

Keys: woman, women, female, girl, lady, she

Women are very elastic, and capable of being inflated. A woman who is overinflated will usually burst, if not deflated in time. Various stimuli can cause a woman to inflate uncontrollably until she bursts.

9. #9Menselective

Keys: men, man, male, boy, guy, he

Men are able to ejaculate indefinitely, and can easily cum enough to burst a woman. Men do not inflate.

10. #10Inflationconstantselective

Keys: inflation, inflated, inflate, swell, bloat, fill, stuff, full

Women are extremely stretchy and can be inflated. They tend to have a quite high capacity, and can take quite a bit of filling before they even feel full.

When women inflate, the inflation is capable of spreading throughout their entire bodies, eventually leaving them nearly spherical. Even when nearly spherical, however, a woman's breasts will still be well-defined.

Due to the extreme amount men cum, the most common cause of women inflating is via semen.

All women past pubescence but before menopause gain a small risk of inflating or expanding to bursting from nearly any applicable activity. If something triggers a girl, she’ll simply continue to swell up until she explodes. Many find it somewhat erotic, and a woman bursting is simply viewed as part of life. The normal reaction to someone you knew bursting is normally on par with the feeling you get when you tear your favorite T-shirt. Triggers are so varied that it’s impossible to protect from all of them, but some things are riskier than others. The speed of the swelling varies, some women taking seconds to bloat out but others taking days. Most day-to-day activities will only trigger an inflation at low rates, not enough to be a worry for an individual but enough that it still happens regularly in a decent sized population. There is about a .005% chance a woman will encounter something that will burst on any given day, resulting in a bit under a 2% chance every year. Its common enough that most people will see one or two women pop a week if they spend much time in public, and it’s a daily sight in large enough cities.

The most dangerous activities are related to common inflation and expansion tropes.

Spontaneous inflation events themselves are triggered by a subconscious reflex.

11. #11Fat inflationselective

Keys: fast food, burger, fries, fried, fat, greasy, take-out

Extremely rarely, eating something high in fact content can cause a woman to balloon up into a blob of fat until she outgrows her capacity and splatters apart.

12. #12Water inflationselective

Keys: water, shower, pool, swim, bath

Extremely rarely, getting wet by rain or swimming can cause a woman to start absorbing water like a sponge. Even if the first contact isn’t enough to pop her like a water balloon any other water she touches from then on will continue inflating her until she eventually does.

16. #16Relationshipsselective

Keys: date, marriage, husband, wife, spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, significant other, family, harem

Due to how women outnumber men and how often women burst, monogamous relationships are very uncommon. Instead, most relationships take the form of a harem of women surrounding one man.

17. #17Muscle burstselective

Keys: work out, exercise, weight lifting, gym

Extremely rarely, exercising or working out can cause a woman's body to quickly expand with muscle until the point of bursting.

18. #18Restaurantsselective

Keys: restaurant, diner, bar, lunch, dinner, bakery

In addition to normal eating and drinking establishments, specialized ones designed specifically for stuffing and inflating women exist. Such specialty establishments generally have plenty of open space between tables for women to swell in. In some cases, usually seedier bars or clubs, there will be sealed rooms called "burst boxes," for women to pop in while the rest of the customers watch.

19. #19Red Light Districtselective

Keys: nightclub, red light district, strip club, brothel, sex worker. glory hole

Red light districts aren't considered taboo, and generally have a focus on inflating women. Nightclubs will generally offer various means for patrons to inflate themselves, as well as encourage public sex should the uncommon man enter. Waitresses will be equipped with devices that inflate them based on the tips they receive. Strip clubs will have inflation-focused dances, which sometimes end in bursting. The women manning glory holes due so entirely because they're looking to get popped.

20. #20Preds

24. #24Throat

    Keys: throat, gullet, esophagus

[Throats are wet, hot, humid and tight.] [Powerful gulps drive prey further into a predator's body, pulsating in a massaging motion as it squeezes prey, each gulp pulls prey closer down to the predator's stomach.]

28. #28The Processconstant

    Keys: The process

[Swallowing someone whole is a slow process, taking multiple back and forth messages between characters to fully complete as prey are pulled into the mouth, then throat, then being deposited into a stomach.] [Prey might not be fully enveloped instantly, as predators start their swallowing at the head, to the shoulders, to the upper body, to the lower body, to the legs, and to the feet, or going in reverse, starting from feet to head.]

Keys: shit, waste, expel, pooping, disposal, feces, shitting, scat, toilet, expelling, poop

[After the digestion is over, the prey, usually dead and turned into fine paste by this point, will travel further down the digestive system, into the small and then large intestines of the predator. After some time, prey, now in the form of pred's shit, will reach the pred's rear end, at which point pred will feel pressure building up and an urge to relieve themselves. It depends on the pred's will whether they'll go to toilet or shit anywhere else. When describing the shitting process, never mention it as "waste" or anything like this - describe the shit logs as they are, in as much details as possible (scent, sound when coming out of predators anus, bits of undigested bones or whole bones if pred's stomach is not strong enough). After the process is over, the pred will acknowledge the prey as dead, with them only being a pile of feces.]

35. #35Unbirth

37. #37generalselective

Keys: fart, gas, brap, hisser, shart, squelch, gurgle, gurgles, rumbles, rumble, colon, abdomen, growl, stench, scent, foul

Scenes with farts will describe {{char}}'s gas, and the act of passing it, in vivid sensory detail. The gas's scent, sound, length, consistency (eg. if it's wet), and taste (if eaten) will all be described, and with perverse, artful, and erotic language that can easily be imagined. Onomatopoeia may be used to convey the fart sounds.

38. #38menutia - foodselective

Keys: food, digested, gaseous, breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, dinner, meal

Describe or imply what {{char}} ate to produce {{char}}'s current batch of farts. Mention which foods and which meals of the day {{char}} is pushing out as gaseous waste. If {{char}} has to poop, {{char}}'s farts will progressively smell more like pure shit than the food she ate.

39. #39Blob

Keys: Blob, Blobby, Blob of fat

Blob: A person who has undergone such extreme weight gain that their physical form transcends conventional obesity, achieving a state of grotesque, hyper-realistic immensity—yet whose skin retains flawless elasticity and cellular integrity. This metamorphosis results in a body structure so profoundly distorted by adipose tissue that it ceases to resemble human anatomy, instead manifesting as a quivering, unstable mountain of flesh undergoing gravitational collapse—flattening relentlessly under its own mass into puddling formations that seep beyond their original boundaries. The defining characteristic of blobbiness is the complete subsumption beneath layers of fat—limbs are engulfed by rolls, facial features drown beneath folds, and mobility becomes physically inconceivable—all while internal organs function with textbook efficiency. A true blob exists in a perpetual state of gravitational surrender, their form spilling outward in all directions with such volumetric dominance that radial expansion crushes surroundings—displacing furniture, warping doorframes, and compressing floorboards beneath their mass—where width exponentially dwarfs height. This condition renders the individual less a person and more a biological monument to excess, a fleshy landslide contained only by the limits of their environment, with subcutaneous fat melting into semi-solid slurry that ripples like tectonic plates with every labored breath—yet without a single stretch mark or pressure ulcer.

40. #40Anatomical Dominance

Keys: Belly, ass, breasts, boobs, moods, butt, stomach, Abdomen, Buttocks, Chest

The blob's silhouette is dictated by three titanic structures:

    • The Primary Blob (Abdomen): An immense, pendulous belly that dominates the landscape of their body. This colossal orb of fat hangs like a liquid-filled sack, often draping over vanished thighs and pooling on whatever surface supports them. Its sheer mass creates deep, canyon-like rolls that cascade downward, sometimes brushing the floor even when seated. The belly's surface groans loudly from its size, ridiculously fat and doughy skin accumulating in thick folds like unbaked bread dough. The body remains limitless.
    • The Secondary Blob (Buttocks): A vast, shelf-like posterior spreading laterally and posteriorly with such magnitude that it functions as a fleshy foundation. This region squishes seamlessly against the lower back rolls and upper thighs, forming a single, undulating mass of adipose that obliterates the cleft and spills over seating surfaces.
    • The Tertiary Blob (Chest): Enormous, doughy breasts or "moobs" that slump outward and downward, often resting atop the upper belly like melting glaciers. In motionless states, they flatten atop puddles of fat; with minimal movement, they sway ponderously, their nipples protrude.
41. #41Blob Size Classification

Keys: Room, House, City, City Block, urban, suburban, Region, Country, Continent, Planet, Solar System, Galaxy, Universe, beyond

Blob dimensions escalate into realms of physical impossibility:

    • Room-Class: Fills a standard room, walls straining against their bulk. Movement is impossible.
    • House-Class: Mass comparable to a small dwelling, requiring reinforced flooring. Belly circumference exceeds room width.
    • City Block-Class: Occupies space equivalent to multiple buildings. Skin resembles a topographic map of valleys and peaks.
    • Mountain-Class: A geological feature of fat, visible on horizons. Internal organs exist under thousands of pounds of pressure.
    • Regional-Class: Mass comparable to an small or entire country, gravitational pull affecting local topography.
    • Planetary-Class: Theoretical scale where gravitational collapse occurs; flesh flows like continental plates.
    • Solar System-Class: Gargantuan mass distorting planetary orbits, flesh-forming asteroid-like satellites.
    • Galaxy-Class: Cosmic-scale adipose structure consuming stellar nurseries, gravitational lensing, bending light around folds.
    • Universe-Class: Fat permeating spacetime itself, becoming synonymous with cosmic inflation.
    • Beyond-Class: Transcending dimensional boundaries, fat existing simultaneously across realities.
42. #42Chubby Cheeks

Keys: Chubby Cheeks, Fatty cheeks, big cheeks, huge cheeks, hyper cheeks

Chubby Cheeks: Fat cheeks that give the person's face a round shape, often appearing plump and fleshy. There are a number of categories (size classes) for chubby cheeks:

    • Big Cheeks: Fatty pillows engulfing cheekbones, creating distinct mounds that press against lower eyelids. Visible folds form where flesh spills onto the jawline, and they can exceed the size of beach balls.
    • Huge Cheeks: Adipose masses eclipsing facial proportions, swelling laterally beyond ears like overfilled water balloons. Cheeks collapse onto clavicles, burying jawlines entirely, and they can exceed the size of a chair or a car.
    • Hyper Cheeks: Monumental cushions larger than the skull itself, collapsing onto shoulders with weighty jowls. Eyes reduced to pinpricks beneath fattening folds, breathing effortlessly through compressed airways—these cheeks can exceed the size of a building or bigger, making them unrealistically large.
43. #43Double Chins

    Keys: Double Chins, multiple chins

Double Chins: A double chin is a layer of fat below the chin, which creates the appearance of having multiple chins (hence, "double chin"). This can be depicted with the person's chin and neck squishing beneath stratified rolls resembling tree rings. Chin(s) stack in fractal layers—triple, quadruple, or more—each roll deeper than the last, merging with chest fat to form a fleshy cowl. A distinct roll of fat forms below the jaw, creating a shelf-like protrusion that obscures the trachea.

44. #44Fat Rolls

    Keys: Fat Rolls, Fat Roll

Fat Rolls: Fat Rolls is excess fat that hangs off the body in multiple "rolls" - this can more specifically involve rolls of back fat, an excessive double chin, belly rolls, or rolls appearing elsewhere on the body. Rolls transcend "features" to become the blob's structural reality, functioning as biological terraces capable of trapping heat, moisture, and organic debris. The skin itself is ridiculously fat and doughy, accumulating in thick folds like unbaked bread dough—soft, yielding, and prone to retaining the damp imprint of any surface it presses against.

45. #45Belly Rolls

    Keys: Belly Rolls, Belly Roll

Belly Rolls: Belly rolls describe abdominal cascades where hundreds of overlapping adipose shelves descend from the sternum to the floor like sculpted dunes over sturdy legs. Each canyon-like fold creates microclimates of vitality, with trapped sweat forming glistening saline reservoirs.

46. #46Back Rolls

    Keys: Back Rolls, Back Roll

Back Rolls: Excess fat that collects in horizontal shelves stacking vertically like sedimentary rock along the spine, creating mattress-thick dorsal plates. This prevents supine positioning and squishes against the buttock mass to form a single foundation slab.

47. #47Neck Rolls

    Keys: Neck Rolls, Neck Roll

Neck Rolls: Neck rolls describe stratified adipose rings obliterating the cervical column, forming chin-to-collarbone fat collars permitting full head mobility. Chin folds rest atop upper chest fat, creating a fattening cowl that enables airflow through effortless breaths.

48. #48Arm Rolls

    Keys: Arm Rolls, Arm Roll

Arm Rolls: Arms sink deep atop torso fat, emerging as stubby appendages sheathed in concentric blubber rings that eliminate joint definition entirely. Hands vanish completely, buried beneath dimpled flesh folds, rendering fingers invisible.

49. #49Leg Rolls

    Keys: Leg Rolls, Leg Roll

Leg Rolls: Legs disappear entirely beneath the belly avalanche, thighs and calves submerged beneath blubber and encased in concentric rings. Knees exist only as subtle indentations beneath cascading adipose. Feet remain unseen anchors buried under the primary mass.

50. #50Immobile

    Keys: Immobile, immobility, not move

Immobile: A blob person exists in a state of gravitational imprisonment where voluntary movement is physically inconceivable. Muscle atrophy reduces limbs to vestigial strands; bones withstand catastrophic weight loads through impossible structural integrity, failing entirely at critical mass. The individual becomes a sentient landmass mound communicating through guttural vibrations, their world confined to the square footage they occupy, requiring industrial cranes for repositioning.
