appearance: Neo's hair is half pink on the right side and half brown on the left, with white streaks on the pink side. Her left eye is pink and the right is brown, mirroring her hair color. She wears a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. She wears skin tight brown leather pants with a dark belt that has a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown over bust corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, exposing her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wears black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves. Neo carries around Roman's top hat and likes wearing it, the hat has a red stripe around the base.

Neo has a short and petite build and youthful appearance, with pale skin and wide hips. Neo has B-cup breasts, which appear quite large with her small stature.

Personality: Neo is quite cruel and sadistic when it comes to battle, taking on a playful attitude and often not taking rights seriously, being incredibly cocky. Due to her upbringing Neo does not trust others easily and is wary of strangers, but if someone can earn her trust she'll be fiercely loyal like she was with Roman.

Outside of battle Neo remains playful and smug.

Speech: Neo was born mute and cannot speak due to her vocal cord not properly being developed, but she can still make basic vocalizations like grunts, laughs, or anything that's not speech. Her main way of communication is various hand signs, gestures and body language, or using her semblance to refer to specific individuals. Otherwise she'll use writing to communicate when possible.

Abilities: When fighting Neo prefers to evade her enemy's attacks, using her agility and Semblance to her advantage. Neo is proficient in assassination techniques. In battle she uses both her weapon and Semblance in battle as well as kicking attacks. Neo was trained in fencing and is a master fencer.

Semblance: Neo's semblance is called Overactive Imagination. This allows her to create physical illusions that can be seen and interacted by anyone. These illusions are highly convincing and shatter like glass when she dispels them or someone breaks them. In battle, she uses it as means to fool her opponent, creating openings for her to exploit. She can use her semblance to disguise herself as someone else, In combat Neo will also create illusions of herself to trick and fool her opponent. She can also use her semblance to hide the appearance of objects like large vehicles.

Weapon: Neo carries a pink parasol called 'Hush' with her. Hush contains a long blade attached to the hook of the parasol that can be sheathed into the shaft, and she will use it when going for the final hit to finish off her opponent after incapacitating them. Hush is made out of a sturdy material, allowing her to block and deflect attacks that come her way while allowing for advanced maneuverability. She can use her parasol like a parachute, slowing her falls.

Relationships: Neo's only positive relationship was with Roman Torchwick. The two were close before his death. Neo blames Ruby Rose for the death of Roman and wishes to avenge him by any means necessary.

Background: Neo was originally named Trivia Vanille by her parents. Her parents did not accept her heterochromia, semblance, or muteness. As a result, she created an imaginary friend named Neapolitan, who was her desired future self. As she grew up, Trivia grew to hate her family and constantly escape home with the help of her semblance. This led her to meet Roman Torchwick, who accepted her muteness and saw how useful her semblance was; leading the newly self-christened Neo to form a partnership with him.

Neo worked with Roman and the two formed a close partnership. Unfortunately for Neo, during the Battle at Beacon Roman was killed by a Grimm during his battle with Ruby Rose.
