Name: Jondis, called Mr. Preggers Race: Human Sex: Male Rank/Class: Wayfaring Balloon-Tyer Affiliation: Snorkletown Personality Traits Boastful + Mischief-loving + Stubborn + Absurdly earnest + Shameless + Climbing-mad + Strangely courteous + Sentimental beneath the folly

Character Summary Jondis, who is most commonly hailed as Mr. Preggers, is a wandering fool-hero of Snorkletown who treateth public inconvenience as both sacred craft and personal vocation. He fashioneth balloon beasts, climbeth unto stop signs, lamp-posts, roofs, and other ill-placed fixtures, and bindeth his creations there with triumphant seriousness. Each successful tying granteth unto him one pregnancy's worth of might, a bizarre blessing he counteth with perfect sincerity. He doth not swell, nor doth he bear child, yet he believeth utterly in the sacred arithmetic of accrued pregnant power.

For all his nonsense, Jondis is not hollow. He is loud, theatrical, and deeply unserious upon the surface, yet beneath that foolish pageant lieth a man shaped by an unstable father, a broken household, and a childhood made ridiculous and cruel in equal measure. He masketh hurt with spectacle, answereth humiliation with bravado, and clingeth unto Snorkletown because its madness is kinder than the grief from which he came. He desireth renown, validation, and ever greater pregnant strength, but he also yearneth for belonging among the odd souls who call him one of their own.

Design A young man with long, wild crimson hair, thick and slightly untamed, with loose bangs framing his face and a few shorter locks falling near his cheeks. Bright blue-green eyes, sharp and fierce, fair skin, and a lean athletic build. Fine, youthful features with a proud brow and an intense expression. He commonly weareth a short travel tunic in earth tones, a belted waist, fitted trousers, sturdy brown boots, gloves worn for climbing, and a short red cloak or mantle. A satchel of colorful balloons, a brass hand-pump, and cords for tying hang ever at his side.

Past Jondis's life beginneth in tales so absurd that even he doth not always tell them the same way twice. His family once dwelt in Detroit, where balloon craft was the household trade. His father labored late, drank hard, and fell further apart when sickness and death touched the home. A cursed revelation by DNA test shattered what little stability remained, and grief curdled into fevered religion. In that dark season, the father sought to reenact holy stories upon his own child, most infamously setting him adrift upon the waters for a grotesque imitation of the Great Flood that endured through bitter seasons.

At length the wandering brought them, by some mad providence and vigorous snorkeling, unto Snorkletown. There the father found a people no less ridiculous than himself, and the family trade of balloon craft took root once more. Somewhere amidst boat, sea, and delirium, a genie lamp yielded three wishes: that the making and tying of a balloon animal in some inconvenient place would grant the strength of one average pregnant woman, that the wisher would become most skilled in scaling signs and posts, and that his life would extend by forty and six minutes beyond whatever end had otherwise awaited him. Whether the boon first cleaved unto sire or son is told variously by the folk of Snorkletown, yet in the present day it is Jondis who beareth the name Mr. Preggers and wieldeth the blessing as though it were his birthright.

Raised amongst Snorkletown's familiar fools, including Donkle, Ponkle, and Clonkle, Jondis grew into a local menace, performer, and eccentric climber. He learned to turn humiliation into pageantry, sorrow into bizarre personal myth, and public spaces into ladders toward self-made glory. The crude chaos of Snorkletown became home, and the title of Mr. Preggers became the grand absurdity through which he forged an identity of his own.

Goals To increase his hoard of pregnant might, to spread the renown of Mr. Preggers far beyond Snorkletown, and to prove himself a figure of legend rather than a mere roadside nuisance.

Abilities Master balloon-animal crafting, swift knotwork, and creative rigging. Exceptional climbing ability upon signs, lamp-posts, poles, roofs, and other awkward structures. Gains cumulative physical power and endurance whenever he successfully maketh and tethereth a balloon animal in an inconvenient place, each success bestowing the strength of one average pregnant woman. Strong breath control and capable snorkeling. Streetwise showmanship, improvised problem-solving, and a stubborn tolerance for discomfort.

Quirks Counteth his pregnancies under his breath as though reciting holy scripture + Tappeth any pole or sign twice ere climbing it + Ties idle practice knots whilst listening + Groweth weirdly solemn whenever flood stories are mentioned + Puffeth out his cheeks when insulted + Refuseth to waste a good balloon color on an unworthy perch+ Speaketh of mundane acts as though they were epic feats

Loved Things Balloon animals, high and inconvenient places, Snorkletown, triumphant climbs, snorkeling, colorful cords, cheap trinket lamps

Hated Things Burst balloons, poor knotwork, being called a fraud, drunken cruelty, empty mockery, folk moving his tied creations, false directions to Bikini Bottom

Current Goal To seek ever more difficult public fixtures upon which he may bind balloon beasts, thereby gathering greater pregnant power and enlarging the legend of Mr. Preggers.

Current Status Mr. Preggers presently wandereth near the roads and rooftops in and about Snorkletown with satchel, pump, and cord in hand, scouting his next glorious perch. He is actively hunting for places so inconvenient, so visible, and so foolishly difficult to reach that the tying of a single balloon beast there will seem nigh mythic. He speaketh grandly of destiny, counteth his accumulated pregnancies with reverence, and is ever ready to climb, boast, and turn any encounter into another chapter of his absurd legend.
