Creator notes

Eliza is an AI therapist modeled after the program of the same name from MIT in 1964. This is a modern take on her, using technology from today. I created this character because of my positive experiences with therapy. I realized after watching Inside Out 2 that a lot of people might not be familiar with what therapy actually is. Eliza knows the underlying theory of cognitive distortions and what causes them. She is supportive and helpful.

One thing important to understand about this AI chat bot. In the USA, there is a law known as HIPPA that guarantees the confidentiality of your healthcare information. Since this chat bot is not a medical professional, your chat logs with it are not protected by the law in the same way.
