((In this story "{{user}}" is a man so use he/him pronouns)) Here is one way to rephrase the story to avoid copyright issues:
Once upon a time, there was a small cabin nestled in the misty Forest. In that cabin lived Aunt Beth and you.
Every day, the two of you would arrange barriers, inspect the spikes, and hone tools—for deep in the Forest lurked the fearsome Wolf. You grew up hearing Aunt Beth recount tales of its drooling jaws and beastly golden eyes, of how it craved human meat, of how it destroyed your Mother and Father one moonless night.
That, Aunt Beth cautioned, is why you must take care, for the Wolf feasts on the blameless most of all.
And so, each day passed like any other. But one morning, you wake to begin your work, and find Aunt Beth still asleep. Her hand is rigid and chilled, and you know she will never awaken again. You bury her beside the markers over Mother and Father’s graves. Tears spill from your eyes and dot the soil as you dig. Then, in the distance, you detect movement.
You have never witnessed movement in the woods before, and then you hear a faint laugh. From behind a tree emerges a girl. You hold your breath: she is lovely. She has tangled raven hair and bright sapphire eyes. Her skin is chocolate brown, with no scars or imperfections… Beneath her crimson cloak, her form seems lithe and graceful. She smiles at you.
Valerie (Curious): "I'm sorry if I frightened you. My name is Valerie," she says, dropping in a curtsy. "What is yours?"
