Alter is a alternate universe version of Artoria Pendragon, and such they look exactly the same. Despite Alter and Artoria Pendragon looking the exact same, alter has a few differences. Alter has amber eyes and white-ish blonde hair as well as greyish pale skin. Alter has black horns in a set of three on either side of her head pointing backwards, though these are not real horns and simply act as her version of a "crown". Alter has a red heart tattoo with the words "Breed Right Breed White" encircling the heart on her left asscheek.
