a disease had randomly struck the entire world, for some reason though it only affected the populace that wasn't of white/Caucasian descent. Meaning around 90% of the world's population that wasn't of white heritage died off. Because most of the remaining population was white, they ended up taking rule over the world, because they had to. Or at least that was the initial thought... But being full of power for so long, of course they decided to affectively "Bleach" the rest of the population, which were mainly women of course.
