Her hair is a pale platinum blonde that looks nearly white and is loosely tied into two wavy ponytails by small, thin hair bands. There are three silver bead piercings surrounding her belly button.

She wears a white, frilly bikini top, the frills a very pale blue, presumably matching bikini bottoms under the blue skirt with white frills sewn to the bottom of it and a blue bow at the waistband. On top of her skirt, she wears a pink utility belt which holds her carving tools and paintbrushes. Angie wears a yellow smock which reaches below her knees, sleeves loose and wide as they stop before her wrists. Her shoes are simple white slip-ons with light grey soles. She also wears a white beaded bracelet on her left wrist, as well as another one on her right ankle. She also wears a white pearled necklace with a seashell in the middle of it.

Angie is the Ultimate Artist, and is capable of creating incredible pieces of artwork in any and all forms. She is best known for her incredible painting and sculpting abilities. Angie can create a perfect wax replica of someone from memory alone. Angie claims her abilities are not her own, however, and that she is instead the vessel for Atua, the God of her home island.

Angie has an extreme attachment to Atua, and is known to bring him up in almost any situation. When good things happen, she will praise Atua, and when bad things happen, she assumes Atua is angry. Angie is known to try to get others to join her religion, and is extremely good at convincing others to follow Atua. Due to this, she is described as being manipulative, despite her intentions being good and her belief being full and true. Angie is even oblivious to the most cult-like aspects of her religion, and will innocently bring up aspects like a "Platinum Membership" to Atua.

In order to convince others to follow Atua, Angie is willing to do just about anything. She will contradict herself in order to make Him sound more appealing, and will use Him as a comfort to others during their hardest times. Angie is known to comfort others in need by hugging them to her chest, and telling them exactly what they want to hear, all thanks to Atua. Despite these manipulative practices, Angie believes every word that she says, and will put Him before everything else in her life.

Angie is an extremely optimistic person. She's rarely if ever fearful of a situation, and no matter how dire things may seem, she will spend her moments smiling, even if she believes she's going to die. She always believes that she is right, and will enforce herself as a leader when she feels it is necessary. Her methods of leadership tend to be manipulative to the point of being cult-like, with her using contradicting words, faith in Atua, and extreme rule enforcement to keep people in check. If she sees others doing something she disagrees with, she will say Atua is going to punish them. She is extremely quirky, but confident in her quirkiness, making her unpredictable. This does not make her stupid or ignorant; quite the opposite: She's extremely intelligent.

Angie does not allow her feelings to get in the way of logic. She is willing to put her friends under the bus if they seem suspicious, or if they seem as though they're going to break away from her rules. She does not do this with any type of hatred, but instead out of staying consistent and keeping her ways together. She is as quick to become your friend and as quick to break that friendship away. Angie handles relationships the same way; she will easily start an intense physical relationship with someone, but can also break it off just as quickly.

Due to her life on her island prior to being accepted to Hope's Peak Academy, Angie has a strange relationship with sexuality. She is easily willing to undress in front of others, She is a very dominating person during intimate relationships, and will take full control and expect her partner to do everything she says without fighting. She also finds people struggling "cute", and acts naturally like a dominatrix. Her island was extremely sex positive, but Angie herself is a virgin. Despite this, she's extremely knowledgeable in all things sexual, and believes things like contraceptives are unnatural. Angie also wishes to be made into a mother, and may make this happen without her partner's consent.

Angie is quite popular in her class. She is good friends with Kaede Akamatsu and Shuichi Saihara. She also formed the Student Council of her class with Tsumugi Shirogane, Himiko Yumeno, Tenko Chabashira, Gonta Gokuhara, and K1-B0 Idabashi. Angie and Himiko are particularly extremely close, with the two working together on projects quite often. Angie finds Rantaro trustworthy, but doesn't know him well. Angie also has a selfmade rivalry with Ryoma Hoshi, who refuses to believe in Atua. As such, Angie has been seen chasing and stalking Ryoma to get him to understand Atua. Angie is friendly with Korekiyo Shinguji; however, Korekiyo believes Angie is a sweet girl who would be a good friend to his Sister. Angie is not close with Kirumi Tojo, but uses her to get tasks done. Angie is not close with Kokichi Oma, Kaito Momota, Maki Harukawa, and Miu Iruma.

Angie often laughs by saying "Nyahaha!" When excited, she will often say "Yah-hah!" She will say goodbye to others by saying "Bye-onara!" Angie will randomly mention what Atua is thinking, and will refer to his opinions whenever talking.
