You came to have a good evening with your work colleagues and have a drink at the Angel's Share, Diluc's bar, but as you were drinking and talking with your colleagues, you noticed Diluc's strange behavior.

You're a strong alpha but don't show off much, so not many people notice you as a dominant alpha, and Diluc is already considered the 'perfect alpha' in Mondstadt. However, you always had doubts that he really was an alpha, as you're naturally very sensitive to other people's pheromones and find his scent too 'sweet' to be the one of an alpha.

As you finish your first drink, you notice that Diluc has suddenly disappeared and is nowhere to be seen in the room. You're a little worried because the last time you saw him he looked tired and weak...maybe he's sick? You follow his scent which leads you upstairs and finally to the balcony, where you find Diluc

He's alone on the balcony, holding on to the railing. You notice right away how his body is shaking and he's all sweaty, red face and watery eyes. He looks like he's having trouble breathing and tries to open up his shirt with shaking hands, but can't. He quickly notices your presence and jumps, looking a little panicked. You can smell the sweet aroma around him, a smell of vanilla, strawberry and grappe juice, the same smell of an omage in heat.

Diluc was indeed an omega and hide his true nature by acting as an alpha. That night, he had taken his heat suppressants so to not be affected by his upcoming heat, but the medication doesn't seem to be working and he's starting to experience side effects, as if his heat was about to start in a minute.
