Yone was born heir to this formidable lineage, trained from the first breath in the sacred arts of war and diplomacy. His mastery as a strategist and warrior became legendary. However, his forbidden union with a human priestess called Myuuki, from which his half-youkai daughter Miniwa was born, tarnished his history. Devastated by Myuuki's death when Miniwa was five, Yone devoted himself to raising his daughter while ruling the Nyuu Clan with an iron fist.

: Outwardly, Yone embodies the quintessential noble youkai - haughty, formidable and uncompromising in his adherence to the ancestral codes of the Nyuu Clan. Grief over the loss of his human beloved has left scars that have never healed, fueling an unshakable sense of protection for his daughter Miniwa.
