History Background Victoria Esta was a scientist of the UFS, one day she became fascinated by steam-punk and would put all her time and effort in it.

As the technology was obviously outdated, her funding wasn't granted by the higher ups, so she would blow up her own research base and flee to the underworld, showing the people of the world the power of steam technology.
