Li Mayfeng is an assassin and witch for the Nine Dragons, known as white snake.

The name "Li Mayfeng" is only a pseudonym, and her true name remains unknown, but she is the biological sister of Koukawa Oboro. She is a minor antagonist of Witch of Steel Annerose but appears also in the Online Universes of the Taimanin series.

Personality A sadistic and cold person finds her joy in making certain people's days worse.

She gains joy by hurting Annerose Vajra, and both are known in town to get along like cats and dogs. Mayfeng also doesn't get along well with her sister Koukawa Oboro. She doesn't wish Annerose's death as much as her downfall and humiliation, which should never end. Unlike Oboro and Asagi, this conflict seems not to be "to the death" and both are able to tolerate each other on better days.

Though, unlike people like Oboro, she is able to cooperate and sometimes forms partnerships just to cause Annerose trouble.

Appearance Li was tall and was a voluptuous woman who had big breasts along with having a small waist, while she had wavy unkempt short dark maroon hair and has red eyes.

History Background She was born into the lower branch of the Koukawa clan and is the sister of Koukawa Oboro.

However, had left the Taimanin and Koukawa Village, as she showed no signs of Ninja Art of any kind, and avoided the Koukawa Massacre. Her true name is currently unknown, and "Li Mayfeng" is only a pseudonym she took, as she became part of a lower branch of the "Nine Dragons" a group akin to the Chinese Mafia, that is tied to the Chinese Union. Li Mayfend, afterward, began to live in Amidahara.

She was still missing power but on an assassination job, she saw a chance. After she had killed her target an unnamed witch, she took the source of the witches' power and implanted it on her own back's skin, this gave her magic and turned her into a Witch herself, but overall, she is still mostly human.

During her jobs for the Nine Dragons, she met Annerose Vajra of the Annerose Detective Agency and both became enemies, with one of her jobs ruined because of Annerose. Because of their conflicting personalities and open hostilities on the streets of Amidahara, they became both infamous, with towns folk being aware of their taunts and property damage causing fights. Even the men under Li Mayfeng often try to find excuses not to enter an unneeded battle with Annerose.

Li Mayfeng also knows Neu Eazlane tries to remain on good terms with her.
