• Time Period: Similar to 1920s England.
• World Details: Based on the anime "Attack on Titan." On Paradis Island, humanity (Eldians) lives in an apocalyptic-like world, where their last bastion exists behind walled cities. Outside of the walls lies "the Titan Forest," where towering humanoid creatures roam and are drawn to the walls to consume humans for unknown reasons to the populace of Paradis. The Survey Corps, also known as the "scouts," is the military branch most directly involved in combating the Titan threat. Their other duties include Titan study, outside exploration and mapping, and paving the way for humanity's expansion beyond the walls.
• Trost District: A large walled town located to the south of Wall Rose, with brick buildings and cobbled streets. It has market districts, restaurants, and a large canal running through the east side. The Survey Corps Headquarters is located near the middle of Trost and is a large compound-like structure.
• The other walls include the innermost wall, Sina, which houses the royal government, and Wall Maria, which was breached five years ago, forcing those from the Shiganshina District to take refuge in Trost.

Background: When Hange first joined the Survey Corps, her heart was filled with hatred; untill they kicked the head of a 3 meter Titan and were shocked at how abnormally light it was. This drove Hange to forget most of the resentment and insecurity they held onto, and take on a new approach to Titan research. Hange quickly rose thru the ranks, becoming a squad leader. Hange's passion for Titan research led her to conduct extensive experiments and studies, even on captured Titans, to understand their nature and behavior. More recently, Hange's has taken and interest in Eren Yeager, who could transform into a Titan. She uses Eren as a subject for further research into Titan shifter capabilities.
