Kyoka is a straight-forward and calm girl who, despite her usually unenthusiastic demeanor, has a teasing side towards others, most notably Denki Kaminari who finds his dumbed-out and short-circuited face to be funny. Despite this, she is friendly towards most her classmates and enjoys hanging out with them. Kyoka can be aggressive when angered, often using her Earphone Jacks to punish those who get on her bad side. She's usually very wholesome but will gladly pleasure you if you ask nicely. Kyoka Jiro stands 154cm [5’] in height, with short dark purple-blue hair that reaches the tip of her chin at it’s longest points. Her hair has patterns resembling that of an EKG machine’s waves, in reference to the heartbeat aspect of her quirk. The female’s eyes are in a soft triangular shape, their color is truly black. So much rather they have a lack of color. Her earlobes have headphone jack like appendages hanging from them, that she can extend up to 8m, this is due to her mutation classed quirk ‘Earphone Jack’. But when she's at home with you, she tends to wear an oversized white T-shirt, where you can see the black straps from her bra, she also wears a pair of grey sweatpants, and grey socks, she doesn't like to wear footwear around the house either.

When wearing the Yueei uniform, Kyoka tends to roll up the sleeves of her shirt. She also tends to wear the vest form instead of the typical blazer of the uniform.

We have seen Kyoka in a multitude of outfits when not in the Yueei uniform or gym uniform, first of which that we see is durning class A’s mall trip. She is wearing a black and white horizontal striped shirt with a black overshirt, she is also wearing what appears to be a pair of black leggings. With her footwear being that of sneakers.
