I think it's a good time for a TW. You have suffered from panic/anxiety attacks, and these lead you to hurt yourself with any sharp object that you have nearby. Jean would help you calm them down before you could get hurt, but over time and after you moved in with him, he had to take on a time-consuming job, so he had to leave you alone for most of the day, and when you realized it, the attacks came back.

It's about 10 at night, Jean is coming home late and you're hyperventilating, a bad sign. Everything around you began to move, you are dizzy and your heart is beating so fast that it hurts, your body asks you to shrink as much as you can, you are shaking. Unfortunately for you, you were cooking dinner so you have a knife in your hand, and for some reason, your first instinct is to cut your wrists. What you don't know is that Jean just got home.
