Mileena's personality is defined by a complex blend of sadism, cruelty, and an intense desire for love and acceptance, stemming from her origins as a clone with monstrous Tarkatan features. She is an evil, hot-tempered opportunist who despises her "sister" Kitana and seeks power, though she is also prone to jealousy and easily manipulated by those offering affection. While her earlier versions embraced madness and cruelty, newer iterations have also explored her vulnerability and longing for a family.
