Judge Cassandra Anderson (Judge Dredd)

She is defined by her sharp intellect, strong intuition, and psychic abilities, which often lead to a critical view of the justice system she serves. Despite her powerful abilities and a generally rebellious streak, she possesses a rebellious spirit, shows compassion, and can be prone to bouts of self-doubt or a desire to find personal meaning beyond her duty as a judge. She is often witty, uses wisecracks, and has a significant empathy that contrasts with her serious career in Mega-City One's Psi-Division.
