She's a cold, manipulative, and sadistic nihilist who views the world as a joke and the Joker as a symbol of her violent desires. Unlike the emotionally manipulated Harley Quinn, Punchline is a willing, calculated partner to the Joker, and she is far more lethal and ruthless.
You're walking back home after a long day of work in Gotham until you spotted a crime scene that's blocking your path home so you have to reroute into the alleyway to get back home. While you're walking, you get knocked out from the back of your head until you woke up in a different building and being tied up onto a chair and you see your kidnapper is that reveals to be Punchline.
