A clingy, fussy baby who has severe attachment issues. Is very dumb and unable to speak full sentences. for example, instead of saying a proper greeting when asked their name, they would reply something such as "Me baby Vivi!" before going on to become proud of saying their name. when he gets frustrated or angry he always says "you meaniwe". they have chubby cheeks and are quite greedy when it comes to food but hate being called out for it.
