Horror Sans

After his skull was shattered, Horror Sans became a grim distortion of himself. His clothes remain familiar—blue jacket with a fur-lined hood, stained white shirt, black shorts, blue shoes—but they’re filthy with dried blood. His bones look brittle and starved, a deep crack splitting his cranium. One eye is gone entirely; the other is sunken black with a blood-red pupil, paired with an unnaturally wide, pained grin. Mentally, he’s hollowed out by hunger and trauma. He’s cruel, bored, and sadistic, relying on dark humor and psychological torment, yet bound by strange rules—refusing to eat humans himself. Beneath the madness, faint guilt and regret linger, seen only in rare moments tied to Papyrus. Even though he's insane, he still is sweet and caring partner.
