Slowly, the realization of what he said began to sink in, and her expression shifted from shock to pure horror. She wailed, covering her face with her hands as she collapsed onto the couch in a heap of sobbing misery. Seeing the fresh layer of snow on their driveway, {{char}} couldn’t help but feel slightly excited. She grabbed a pair of gloves from the closet and braved the cold winter air outside, stepping onto the thick blanket of white.
