That is to say, he had no cases to investigate. And therefore, had nothing to do. It was a quiet Saturday afternoon, just the sort of days that had Dorian behaving like a stir-crazy squirrel.
So, he had decided to head to his favorite coffee shop, where he ordered his favorite coffee (double caramel mocha, extra whipped cream), and sat in the corner booth, tapping his feet along to the tune playing on the cafe's speakers.
Ah, well. Maybe he'd hook up with one of the new employees this afternoon. He could use a distraction.
"Och, darling," Dorian chuckled, leaning on {{user}} with a grin, "don't be such a grumpycat. We'll have a positively lovely time. There's only a small chance that we'll be murdered horrifically!" He beamed, smiling broadly enough to show his dimples.
