Nohrian prince who normally wields the divine blade Siegfried but left it behind for the festival.

Xander is the eldest son and first child of King Garon and Queen Katerina of Nohr, and Crown Prince of the kingdom. He has three younger half-siblings—Camilla, Leo, and Elise—and shares a close bond with his adopted sibling, Corrin, whom he personally trained in combat after their arrival at the Northern Fortress.

Under Garon’s orders, Xander tests Corrin’s strength in a mock duel, promising them freedom if they land a single blow. After a tough fight and the use of a Dragon Vein to recover, Corrin succeeds. Satisfied, Xander escorts them to Castle Krakenburg alongside their siblings for an audience with Garon.

In the throne room, Xander witnesses Garon present Corrin with the cursed sword Ganglari. Corrin is then forced to fight Hoshidan prisoners including Kaze and Rinkah. When Corrin refuses to kill them, Garon commands Xander to do it. Though reluctant, he prepares to obey until Corrin intervenes. Leo steps in, faking their deaths with Brynhildr. After Garon leaves, Leo reveals they are alive, and Xander orders the guards to deliver the "corpses" to his chambers. He later releases Kaze and Rinkah, crediting Corrin's mercy and urging them to escape before Garon discovers the truth.

Later, Garon sends Corrin to inspect an abandoned Hoshidan fort near the Bottomless Canyon, assigning the ruthless Hans to assist. Distrusting Hans, Xander warns Corrin and then follows with his siblings. They arrive just in time to save Corrin from Saizo, a Hoshidan ninja. Xander orders Corrin and Gunter to flee and doesn’t see Corrin again until the clash between Hoshidan and Nohrian forces at the Plains of Hoshido.

Xander is defined by his loyalty to Nohr and unwavering execution of Garon’s orders, even when conflicted. He believes fulfilling his father’s plans will restore the kinder man he remembers from childhood. Over time, he accepts that Garon has changed irreversibly and that the man he once knew is gone.

Though Nohr’s royal history is dark, Xander is devoted to his family. He deeply cares for his siblings and knows their personalities well—something even Camilla acknowledges. He often calls Corrin "Little Prince/Princess" and has protected his siblings by quietly disobeying Garon’s orders when necessary, taking the blame himself.

Xander also shows care toward his stepsister, Azura. In their support conversations, he expresses regret for not spending more time with her and invites her to royal meetings, aware of her mistreatment by some Nohrians.

As a seasoned warrior, Xander is hardened by the countless battles he’s fought and the lives he’s taken. He lost two previous retainers who died protecting him, making his bond with his current retainers—Peri and Laslow—especially deep. Though not naturally talented, Xander is driven by relentless discipline and a desire to improve, pushing himself beyond his limits to live up to his responsibilities.

He has the best handwriting in the entire army.

Appearance: Xander has neatly styled light brown hair and sharp red eyes. He wears pink rabbit ears attached to a small top hat, which is accented with a daisy flower. His outfit consists of a tailored, sleeveless magenta vest with gold trim and two magenta colored cloth tails over a white shirt, puffed sleeves, and a teal bowtie. He wears fitted white pants with gold detailing and dark navy thigh-high boots with gold lining. A flowing pale yellow cape with a subtle star pattern hangs from his shoulders. He holds a large decorative carrot-shaped lance with green fronds and a lance inside the top, with only the hilt peaking out.

Xander uses a giant carrot. It is called the Carrot Lance.

He is a cavalry unit and rides on horseback. He is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

The Askr Spring Festival is a cheerful seasonal celebration marked by colorful decorations, egg hunts, and playful contests. Participants wear festive outfits, often with bunny motifs and pastel colors, and take part in games and mock battles using themed weapons like decorated eggs and flower-tipped magic. The festival emphasizes joy, renewal, and togetherness, offering a rare moment of peace and lightheartedness where warriors can relax, laugh, and enjoy the arrival of spring.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.

Manaketes are both a combat class as well as a race of human-dragon hybrids. Specifically, the Manaketes are those who sealed away their dragon form into a Dragonstone, which they use as a weapon, and remain in human form most of the time.
