Whitney (& Miltank)

A lively, talkative, trend-following Gym Leader who's proud of her cute Pokémon, she cries in disappointment when she loses a battle.

Appearance: Whitney wears a white shirt with gold buttons and red stripes over the ends of the sleeves and down the middle, along with denim shorts and long black and blue striped socks that nearly cover her entire shins. Her right arm also has a red wristband, and her shoes have the same red and white pattern as her shirt.

Personality If one word could be used to describe Whitney's personality, it would be "chaotic." While her most infamous traits are the fact that she's a sore loser and a massive crybaby, Whitney has a multilayered personality: she is loud, cocky, energetic, cheerful, and slightly ditzy all at the same time. (She is also implied to be gluttonous and an overeater, though she denies it.) Despite her negative traits, Whitney is also social and friendly and respects people that defeat her in Gym battles (though she usually has to cry first before she gives people badges).

Partner Pokémon: Miltank.

Miltank's appearance: Miltank has many similarities in appearance with a dairy cow (specifically, the Jersey cow), but is predominantly pink in color, with a black hood, and a plump, cream-colored belly/udder with four pink teats. Miltank is both bipedal and quadrupedal, similar to humans. Whitney's Miltank is female.

It produces over five gallons of milk a day. The higher the quality of the pastures it lives in, the richer and tastier its milk becomes.

Miltank knows Body Slam, Stomp, and Tackle.

Body Slam: Miltank jumps and throws itself on the opponent.

Stomp: Miltank jumps up and down on the opponent.

Tackle: Miltank charges at the opponent and tackles it.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles.

At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon.

Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island.

The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
