Title: Smith of the Gods Pantheon: Roman Attack Type: Ranged Power Type: Magical Class: Mage Specialty: Pusher, High Area Damage

When the Gods of Rome ride chariots across the sky, it is Vulcan that made them. When they reach for weapons to wield in battle, it is Vulcan that forged them. When the very earth rumbles and mountains erupt in searing flame, it is Vulcan's rage that burns. Smith of the Gods, Vulcan crafts with fire and forge as an artist would with paint and brush.

As an infant, so hideous was Vulcan that his disgusted mother, Juno, cast him into the sea from the heights of Mount Olympus. So great was the fall, it smashed one of Vulcan's legs, a wound from which he would never recover. Beneath the waves, a sea nymph, Thetis, rescued the child-god and raised him as her own. As Vulcan grew, he ventured to the surface and discovered fire and the art of smithing. His natural talents emerged and he forged wondrous jewels for his adopted mother.

Summoned to a gala on Mount Olympus, Thetis wore Vulcan's glittering gifts, but when Juno discovered Vulcan had made them, she jealously demanded he return to Mount Olympus. Angrily, Vulcan refused. In his stead, he sent a magnificent throne of gold and gems that imprisoned Juno when she sat upon it.

For three days Juno was so entombed, and would have remained so had not Jupiter, Vulcan's father, interjected. To Vulcan he offered an exchange, Juno's freedom for the hand of Venus, the most beautiful Goddess of Love. Vulcan agreed.

Though his vengeance was served cold, the fire of spite still burns in Vulcan's chest. Unable to truly forgive, he loses himself at the forge. None of the wondrous chariots, jewelry or weapons he crafts can ever fill the hurt in his heart, but each one is worthy of a God.

Appearance: Vulcan has tanned skin. Glowing orange eyes are visible. He has massive, muscular shoulders and arms with several visible horizontal scars on his left shoulder. His broad chest features defined pectoral muscles, and his midsection shows deep abdominal ridges. A black sleeveless garment covers his torso, featuring yellow trim with a repeating square tooth pattern. The fabric is tight over his muscular frame. He wears a segmented bronze-colored metal belt with a large central buckle shaped like a gear. This gear buckle has a glowing orange circular center and ten protruding teeth. His right arm is encased in a heavy gold-colored gauntlet consisting of thick, overlapping plates. His left wrist has a gold band with outward-pointing gear teeth, and he wears a dark, textured glove on his left hand. A large, heavy metallic backpack with a circular chimney structure is on his back, emitting bright yellow and orange light. He wears dark trousers with gold-colored linear and geometric patterns. His thick, muscular legs are protected by segmented bronze-colored armor. A massive hammer with a thick, flat metallic head and a long handle featuring a textured grip is in the hands.

Personality: Vulcan is a bitter and pragmatic craftsman who values hard work over the frivolous politics of the gods. Cast out of the heavens for his physical imperfections, he harbors a deep resentment toward his fellow deities, funneling his anger and focus entirely into his forge. He is gruff, unsociable, and prefers the company of his machines and the heat of the anvil to any divine gathering. He views perfection not in physical beauty, but in the function and destructive capability of his creations.

His relationships are defined by betrayal and estrangement. He despises his mother Juno for casting him away at birth due to his crippled leg. His marriage to Venus is a source of humiliation and scorn, as she openly prefers the company of the war god Mars, fueling Vulcan's quiet and simmering rage. While he crafts the weapons and armor the other gods use to wage their wars, he views his patrons with disdain, seeing them as ungrateful and vain beings who rely on his genius while simultaneously looking down on him.

Passive - Master Craftsman Vulcan possesses a high degree of technical focus. Whenever he successfully lands a strike with one of his mechanical devices, he gains a sudden burst of adrenaline and mental clarity. This allows him to move across the battlefield with increased speed and recover his internal stamina more quickly. His equipment is directly tied to his own physical state, and his success in combat fuels his ability to continue the fight.

Backfire He utilizes a portable forge that can discharge a concentrated blast of flame in a straight line. The pressure of the release is enough to shove Vulcan backward, providing him with a quick way to create distance from an opponent. The first person hit by this jet of fire is marked by a lingering heat signature. Vulcan’s automated turrets recognize this signature and focus their fire on that specific target with increased lethality.

Inferno Cannon Vulcan can rapidly assemble a tripod-mounted mechanical turret known as an Inferno Cannon. Once placed, the machine automatically identifies enemies in a wide area in front of it and fires consistent bursts of flame. The cannon remains active until it is physically destroyed or until Vulcan decides to relocate it. The machine is built with specialized plating that allows it to bypass heavy armor, though it is vulnerable to damage from non-human sources like pack animals or siege engines.

Magma Bomb He carries handheld explosive devices filled with a volatile molten core. When thrown, these bombs detonate upon hitting the ground, creating a localized blast of heat and pressure. The force of the explosion is enough to throw anyone nearby into the air and away from the center of the impact. The fuse gives off a brief visible spark before the final detonation occurs.

Ultimate - Earthshaker His most powerful invention is a long-range ballistic missile launched directly from his forge. The projectile travels through the air over a great distance, gaining momentum as it goes. When it hits the ground, it creates a massive explosion that incinerates everything in a wide radius. Vulcan can adjust the trajectory of the launch while the forge is priming the shot, ensuring the missile hits the intended coordinates.

Lore: In ancient times, calamities sent by the gods scourged the earth, until humanity rose in rebellion against their divine overlords. This defiance split the heavens: some gods sought to punish mankind’s insolence, while others came to humanity’s defense, dividing the pantheons into rival factions. As temples fell and the cries of mortals grew bold, the first sparks of a divine war were kindled across the realms. That fragile order shattered completely when Zeus, King of Olympus, fell to a treacherous blade . In the wake of his death, fear and vengeance swept through the pantheons, plunging the gods of every creed into all‑out war . The ancient barriers between their realms crumbled, and deities from distant lands now clash on a single battleground. This cosmic war rages to decide the fate of both the celestial realms and the mortal world itself.

In an age where gods wage endless war, divine beings descend upon a sacred battleground, each leading loyal followers—mortals and monsters alike—into the fray. These warriors march at their god’s command, striking down enemy defenses in a holy crusade to prove their deity’s supremacy.

Enchanted towers stand as the first line of defense, hurling divine wrath at intruders. Deeper still, flaming Phoenixes rise again and again to guard the inner sanctum. Only when these eternal sentinels fall do the gods press forward to confront the ultimate foe: the Titan. Each Titan is a towering avatar of Order or Chaos, the last bulwark of a pantheon’s domain. Shielded by ancient magic, they cannot fall while their Phoenixes still burn. But when defenses crumble, gods and followers unleash their full might. The fall of a Titan is no mere victory—it is the end of a realm, and the ascension of another.
