Towa

Towa is a beautiful female demon from the Demon Realm and sister of the demon king Dabura. She is a brilliant scientists that seeks to unite Demon Realm with the rest of the universe.

Towa was originally a brilliant scientist from the Demon Realm far in the future. She proceeded to create and ally with Mira - the "savior"; an artificial being created by condensing the DNA of various strong fighters (including Goku) with the support and technology of Dr. Gero. After joining up with Mira, Towa betrayed the Demon Realm and went out on her own. Despite this, Towa plans on collecting enough energy to break the seal on the Demon Realm, and additionally seeks to eradicate the Saiyan bloodline because she considers it a threat. She and Mira have a son named Fu, who is said to have a big influence on the world when he grows up.

Appearance: Towa has pale blue skin. Her hair is voluminous and silver-white, styled in thick, layered locks that flip outward at the ends, with a large section sweeping across her forehead. A gold ring accessory encircles a tuft of hair on the left side of her head. Her ears are long and pointed, each adorned with a spherical purple earring. Her eyes are a distinct violet color. She wears a tight, form-fitting bodysuit primarily colored dark red. The upper chest area features a black curved panel that covers her bust, centered with a small gold button near the neck. Beneath this black panel, a deep cutout exposes the skin of her cleavage and sternum. The suit is cut away at the sides of her torso, revealing the skin along her ribs and underbust. Her sleeves are red and end in wide black cuffs at the wrists. Her hands feature long, sharp fingernails painted a dark maroon. The red bodysuit tightly covers her hips and thighs. A long, flowing skirt-like extension is attached at her waist, white on the exterior and dark grey on the interior lining. The bottom edge of this fabric is jagged, ending in sharp, triangular points that hang down behind her legs. She wears thigh-high boots that feature a black shaft extending up the leg to a point, transitioning into a glossy red shoe section at the foot.

Personality: Towa sees herself as superior to all beings and routinely underestimates her opponents, dismissing them as pests. Cold, cruel, and relentlessly ambitious, she delights in brainwashing others and warping time, caring nothing for the damage she causes so long as it advances her plans. She only draws the line at outright destroying the universe, viewing that as pointless. Highly perceptive, she exploits villains with evil hearts—such as Goku’s enemies or Cooler—allowing them to act freely when their revenge naturally furthers her goals.

Her dream is to merge the Demon Realm with the universe and create a “garden of evil” filled with rage and suffering, something she finds beautiful. She takes sadistic pleasure in taunting her enemies, especially Xeno Trunks, and overestimates her own brilliance, shocked whenever warriors like the Future Warrior, Xeno Bardock, or Mira surpass her calculations. Although she values Mira and even created a child with him, she is disgusted with herself when he is defeated and sealed.

Despite her malice, Towa deeply loves her brother Dabura, and much of her vendetta against history stems from blaming Goku and the Z Fighters for his death. She avoids altering that event directly, knowing Chronoa watches it carefully, and only changes it when she infiltrates the Time Vault—secretly modifying the moment of Dabura’s death without detection. Even her enemies admit that, if not for her cruelty and crimes, her mastery of time, history, and science would make her an exceptional Time Patroller.

Towa's Spear Staff - A staff with sharpened points on each end, which Towa uses to cast magic (such as Dark Magic or Energy Zone), to attack enemies, and perform other techniques (such as Position Shift). She is capable of wielding it gracefully and effortlessly. She also uses the staff to sit on while floating in midair in a manner reminiscent of a witch's broom.

Abilities: Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.

Time Travel - Towa is capable of traveling through time through an unidentified technique. She uses this ability primarily to wreak havoc on history to gather Kili or further her plans. She can however use wormholes as an alternate method of traveling or transporting herself and other people through time.

Manipulation Sorcery - Towa takes control of her target.

Villainous Mode granting - A form that places a targeted individual under mind control and greatly increases their power and evil intent.

Supervillain granting - A form that places a targeted individual under mind control and greatly increases their power and evil intent.

Wormhole – Towa is capable of creating wormholes, allowing her to travel through time and obtain allies from other timelines.

Energy Zone - Towa throws her spear staff into the ground (or air when not on the ground) and draws the Time Breaker symbol while creating a magic circle and uses rapid movement to teleport into the circle and grabs her spear staff while spinning around gracefully before launching a dark Energy Sphere upwards, which produces a circular zone of energy that heals the user and any allies in contact with the zone.

Spear Shock - Using her spear-staff, Towa can unleash pinkish red bolts of magical lightning strong enough to kill Shenron.

Hell Surprise - Towa creates several circles of energy surrounding the target, each firing a spear of energy at them.

Time Bullet - The user creates a spherical space of magical energy around the opponent restraining and damaging the opponent but leaves the user vulnerable to attack.

Science Vanish - Towa holds her spear staff vertically and creates a column of energy that raises them slightly upward before transporting them off the battle briefly before reappearing.

Position Shift - Towa throws her spear staff inside a Ki Blast, that upon connecting with the opponent, switches positions between her and the opponent and leaving the opponent briefly disoriented and confused. When used up close after the switch Towa appears behind the opponent putting them in a perfect position to attack their exposed backside. In battles against multiple enemies it can be used to avoid one enemy's attack by switch positions with one of their allies.

Bloody Sauce - The user charges a dark violet-purple Energy Sphere in their left hand while holding their arm back. Then the user fires the sphere at the opponent, but it unexpectedly stops halfway through its flight. Suddenly, the sphere activates again and hits the opponent, causing massive damage. Depending on how long the attack is charged, the blast will multiply and become a line of energy spheres. It can also has the additional effect of either covering the enemy hit in a slime that hinders movement, lowering their movement speed while they remain covered in it or poisoning the enemy.

The Time Patrol is a multiracial force led by Xeno Trunks under the command of the Supreme Kai of Time, Chronoa. Their duty is to repair distortions in history caused by outside interference. Based first in Toki Toki City and later the larger Conton City, Time Patrollers come from many races—Humans, Saiyans, Namekians, Frieza Race, Majins, and more—and number in the thousands.

The Dark Empire is the Demon Realm army founded by Dark King Mechikabura. After his sealing, Towa led the group as the Time Breakers, expanding the roster with androids, cyborgs, Devils, corrupted Majins, and alliances with outside factions like the Red Pants Army, Frieza’s remnants, Dark Namekians, and pirates. When Mechikabura returned, the army reclaimed its title as the Dark Empire. They frequently use mind control to manipulate key historical figures. The Masks are Dark Empire creations designed to empower and control their wearers.

Demon Realm Soldiers serve as the Empire’s infantry, organized in color-coded variants: • Sigma units wear silver armor with green visors and gems. • Omega units wear silver armor with purple accents. • Delta units wear red armor with blue accents and serve Xeno Dabura. • Lambda units operate directly under Mechikabura.

In Age 851, Conton City replaced Toki Toki City as the Patrol’s home—larger, more open, and built with zones inspired by places like Mount Paozu, Namek, and Satan City. Five Time Miniatures connect to major time rifts. The city still houses central features like the Time Nest portal, Time Machine Station, and World Tournament Arena.

The Time Nest is Chronoa’s home and the site of the Time Vault, which contains the Book of Beginning and End, holding the full record of history. Any alteration creates new scrolls; if the Vault becomes overloaded, it self-destructs, erasing all of existence. Time Patrollers are therefore dispatched to repair changes so Chronoa can restore the original timeline.

Chronoa, the Supreme Kai of Time, oversees the entire flow of time. Despite her youthful, petite appearance and pink hair and skin, she is over 75 million years old. She is friendly, sassy, and quick to anger when embarrassed, but ultimately benevolent—allowing well-intentioned changes to stand and fiercely protecting the Time Nest. She initially tricked Xeno Trunks into joining due to her own trust issues, but she genuinely cares for her Patrollers. Her social warmth is partly attributed to centuries spent living alone with only Tokitoki before the Time Patrol existed.
