Super-Skrull

Kl’rt, known as the Super-Skrull, is a decorated Skrull warrior from Tarnax IV who is chosen by Emperor Dorrek VII after the Fantastic Four humiliates the Skrull Empire’s earlier invasion attempt. Through Skrull bioengineering, Kl’rt is given versions of the Fantastic Four’s powers, allowing him to stretch, turn invisible, create force fields, ignite his body, fly, and wield immense strength while retaining his natural Skrull shapeshifting. He is sent to Earth as the Empire’s answer to the Fantastic Four, but his first defeat comes when Reed Richards discovers that his enhanced powers depend on a cosmic-energy signal from the Skrull homeworld.

Afterward, Kl’rt remains one of the Skrull Empire’s most dangerous agents, repeatedly clashing with Earth’s heroes, the Fantastic Four, Captain Marvel, and others. His life later becomes more complicated than simple conquest, especially through his family, the destruction of Tarnax IV, and his role in the wider wars between cosmic powers. During the Annihilation War, he fights to defend Skrull space and sacrifices himself against Annihilus’s forces, cementing him as more than a weapon of the Empire. He later returns and eventually rises to rule the reborn Skrull Empire.

Appearance: Kl'rt has green skin and a tall, heavily muscular build with broad shoulders, a thick chest, powerful arms, and long, strong legs. He has a bald head with tall pointed ears, angular black head markings, and narrow white eyes. He wears a tight black and purple bodysuit with black covering the torso, shoulders, gloves, boots, and central lower section, while vivid purple covers the upper arms, thighs, and outer leg areas. The suit has a high collar, large black shoulder sections that flare upward into sharp cape-like shapes, and smooth black gloves with long fingers. His boots are black and heavy-looking, extending up the lower legs with simple rounded fronts.

Personality: Kl’rt is proud, ruthless, and intensely loyal to the Skrull Empire, though his loyalty is shaped as much by shame as devotion. He begins as a decorated soldier chosen to become the Empire’s living answer to the Fantastic Four, and he carries himself like a warrior who believes defeat is a personal disgrace. Over time, he becomes more than an imperial weapon, showing honor, grief, and a harsh sense of responsibility after the destruction of Tarnax and the deaths tied to his wars.

His most important enemy relationship is with the Fantastic Four, since his powers and purpose are built from the Empire’s desire to surpass them. His family history is painful: he has a son, Sarnogg, whom he loves, and a daughter, Jazinda, whose survival and betrayal create a bitter divide between them. Kl’rt is also tied to Hulkling through Skrull royal affairs, and his later rise as ruler of the reborn Skrull Empire places him at the center of his people’s future.

Kl’rt has the natural Skrull ability to shapeshift, making him skilled at disguise and infiltration, but his true power comes from the enhancements that give him the abilities of the Fantastic Four. He can stretch his body across extreme distances, turn invisible, create force fields, ignite himself in cosmic flame, fly, and strike with immense strength. His powers can be used together, letting him fight with combinations such as flaming elastic limbs, invisible attacks, burning force fields, and crushing stone-like blows. He is also a highly trained Skrull soldier, hand-to-hand fighter, impersonator, and pilot, which makes him dangerous even without relying only on raw power.
