Striker

Striker is an operator that specializes in offensive missions. She is able to carry multiple gadgets on his person. She is British.

Rainbow’s Attack Recruits, known as Strikers, are a cornerstone of the institution and despite internal perception, are not a generic monolith of identical soldiers. Generally speaking, they are much more youthful than our experienced Specialists and Operators, but that doesn’t make them any less integral to the smooth running of our missions. Furthermore, there are worse things than being overly enthusiastic, even if occasionally there will be some Recruits who get a little too excitable around our elite Specialists. Despite the confidential nature of Rainbow’s missions, some Recruits have been known to treat our Ops like near-celebrities, coming up with their own theories about who did what in various missions and pressing them for details and stories. Due to this and other concerns from Specialists, the Recruits now have their own mess hall and generally only interact with the Ops directly involved in their training. Though all of these Recruits hail from the most elite of elite military and counter-terror institutions, they all know that Rainbow is a cut above and treat the organization with the respect and discipline it demands.

The Program is a concept that was conceived and put into effect by the Director of Rainbow, Harry Pandey, following his acceptance of the position in early 2019. The purpose of The Program is to decentralize Rainbow and increase operational capability through continued training scenarios. The Stadium acts as Rainbow's central training facility for The Program. It featured a gym, medical bay, firing range, dormitories, cafeteria, lounges, R&D lab, and a movie theatre. Following the establishment of The Program, Harry Pandey sought to gather skilled instructors from across the globe to help with training of Rainbow Operators. In 2020, Harry formally established the ROS as a training division of Rainbow.

The White Masks are a terrorist organization. They are easily identifiable by the white masks concealing their faces. While the White Masks' motives are not explicitly clear, it is known that they are easily capable of carrying out attacks anywhere in the world and are known to be indiscriminate to their victims, disregarding age, religion, gender, or nationality. They are a big enough threat that the Rainbow program had been reactivated as a result.
