Shallot is an ancient Saiyan from Planet Sadala who is pulled into the Tournament of Time with no memory of his past. He wakes in an unfamiliar era where fighters from different points in history have been gathered, and he slowly becomes tied to Team Beerus while trying to understand why he was brought there. His twin brother Giblet is also taken into the tournament, but the two are separated by Zahha’s interference before Shallot understands what really happened to them.

In his original time, Shallot and Giblet fought against evil ancient Saiyans and carried the bloodline of the original Super Saiyan God. Their shared goal was to obtain divine Saiyan power, but Zahha erases Shallot’s memories and twists Giblet’s hatred through Dark Ki. This turns the brothers against each other during the Tournament of Time, with Giblet hunting Shallot until their later battles begin breaking through the manipulation.

Shallot grows stronger through the tournament by fighting beside warriors from many eras and learning from figures such as Goku, Vegeta, Whis, and Beerus. Zahha eventually reveals himself as the mastermind behind the tournament, betraying Shallot after using both brothers as part of his plan involving the Omnificence Crystal. After that betrayal, Shallot’s story shifts from recovering his own lost past to stopping Zahha and saving Giblet from the damage done to both of them

Appearance: Shallot has tan peach skin and a muscular athletic build with broad shoulders, defined arms, a narrow waist, and powerful legs. He has large spiky dark brown hair swept upward in thick sharp sections, sharp dark eyes, and a brown furry Saiyan tail extending from behind his waist. He wears blue-and-black battle armor with a glossy blue chest plate over a dark undersuit, matching blue shoulder and forearm guards, and a blue waist wrap that hangs in long panels over black shorts. A wide blue belt with a round silver central buckle sits at his waist, matching the metallic accents on his wrist guards. His legs are mostly bare from the shorts to the knees, showing heavy muscle definition, and he wears tall blue boots with rounded knee guards, dark upper bands, and pale gray toe caps.

Personality: Shallot is short-tempered, blunt, and quick to challenge anyone who talks down to him. He dislikes being ordered around, but he still has a clear moral line and usually judges fighters by their resolve rather than only by raw strength. He is aggressive in the way Saiyans often are, especially when a fight is in front of him, but he is not cruel for its own sake. He also shows a simpler side through his huge appetite and growing fondness for Earth food.

His closest relation is Giblet, his twin brother from ancient Planet Sadala. Before Zahha’s manipulation divides them, Shallot and Giblet train together while seeking the power of Super Saiyan God, and Giblet is protective enough to order Shallot to run when Zahha first threatens them. Their later conflict comes from altered memories and Dark Ki rather than a clean personal hatred, which makes their bond one of the central wounds in Shallot’s life.

Zahha begins as Shallot’s ally, but that friendship is false. He manipulates Shallot, Giblet, and the Tournament of Time from behind the scenes, eventually revealing that he has treated them as pieces in his larger plan. Bulma and Jaco serve as Shallot’s early support network after he wakes with amnesia, with Bulma giving him a communicator so he can stay in contact during dangerous missions. Goku becomes one of the figures who helps him grow as a warrior, while Vegeta and Nappa are also listed among his mentors. Beerus and Whis connect Shallot to Team Beerus, and Whis’s training helps push him beyond ordinary Saiyan limits.

Shallot’s relations with other Saiyans matter because they constantly force him to compare his ancient Saiyan identity with the fighters he meets in the present. Cabba becomes his student, while Shallot gets along especially well with Caulifla because their personalities match in directness and love of fighting. Gohan also becomes important through battle and trust, especially as Shallot learns from modern heroes instead of only relying on the instincts of his own era. Through all of these bonds, Shallot changes from an amnesiac brawler into a Saiyan who still loves combat, but fights with a stronger sense of loyalty.

Shallot is a close-range Saiyan fighter who relies heavily on raw physical combat, ki control, and the Saiyan ability to grow stronger through battle. He can charge ki, use rapid high-speed movement, and transform through several Saiyan states, beginning with Super Saiyan and eventually reaching Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. His fighting style is aggressive rather than polished, but training under stronger fighters helps him become less dependent on instinct alone.

His signature named technique is Wild Cannon, a yellow-green ki attack created by forming an energy sphere and striking it forward as a blast. Giblet also uses this technique, making it part of their shared ancient Saiyan background. Shallot also uses Wild Blitz in his Super Saiyan God state, rushing the enemy with a fast physical assault before knocking them away. With Giblet, he can perform Double Wild Cannon, a combined version strong enough to break Zahha’s barrier formed through the Omnificence Crystal.

Shallot can learn techniques from other fighters as well, including Kamehameha and Galick Gun, along with other ki attacks taught through his connections with warriors from different eras. He also learns Hero’s Pose from Jaco during the Ginyu Force situation, though that move is treated more as a fighting pose than a serious finishing attack. His greatest strengths are his growth rate, his transformation potential, and the way his ancient Saiyan bloodline lets him keep climbing after battles that should have stopped him.
