Rodma Maddel

Rodma Maddel was a human soldier who served as a corporal in the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. She worked in Alliance Intelligence after being recruited by Cassian Andor, serving as an advanced scout for urban combat units and operating with the Massassi Group on Yavin 4. She was present near the Great Temple when Cassian Andor and Jyn Erso departed for Jedha aboard a U-wing.

Maddel later joined Blue Squadron’s ground reinforcements during the Battle of Scarif. She was part of the rebel effort to support the mission to steal the Death Star plans, fighting in the ground operation while the main infiltration moved toward the Citadel Tower. Her known record is brief, but it places her among the Alliance personnel who acted quickly when the Scarif mission became a direct battle.

Appearance: Rodma Maddel has pale skin. She has brown colored eyes. She has a slender build. Her light brown hair is tied back into a single thick braid that rests over her right shoulder, with loose strands framing her face.

She wears a light tan jacket featuring long sleeves and a quilted, vertically stitched center section with a high collar. Over this jacket, she wears a sleeveless dark blue vest with an open front and a padded collar. The vest features small tan fabric patches on the upper right chest, lower chest sections, and a small silver rectangular badge with square details on the upper left chest. A tan canvas strap with a silver adjustment slide buckle hangs vertically over her left shoulder down past her waist. She carries a dark grey bag slung behind her right hip.

She wears dark brown trousers with a matching thick brown fabric belt at the waist. The trousers feature large cargo-style pouches on the thighs.

Personality: Rodma Maddel has very little recorded personal characterization, so her personality has to be kept close to her actions. She is shown as disciplined, mission-ready, and willing to enter danger without hesitation, since she serves in Alliance Intelligence as an advanced scout for urban combat units and joins Blue Squadron’s ground reinforcements during the Battle of Scarif. Her work suggests someone trusted for field judgment, reconnaissance, and quick commitment under pressure.

Her clearest relation is to Cassian Andor, who recruits her into Alliance Intelligence. She is also tied to the Massassi Group on Yavin 4 and later fights alongside Blue Squadron’s ground forces at Scarif. Beyond those military connections, there is no strong confirmed personal relationship record for her, so anything deeper would be speculation.

Rodma Maddel is confirmed as an Alliance Intelligence scout, so her skills are mainly reconnaissance, field movement, and operating ahead of urban combat units. She is trained enough to serve with ground reinforcements during the Scarif operation, which points to practical soldiering, combat awareness, and the ability to function under battlefield pressure rather than any special powers. She used a DH-17 blaster.
