Marley (& Arcanine)

She doesn't speak much and seems mysterious, but she simply doesn't like to talk and is really a Trainer with a kind heart who cares about both people and Pokémon.

Appearance: Marley is a skinny young girl with very pale skin, short black hair with a white bow in it and blue eyes. She wears a black and white gothic-style thigh-length dress with white-ended black sleeves that leave her hands, the upper part of her arms, and a little bit of skin just above her cleavage bare, along with black tights and black boots with white cuffs and gray soles.

Personality At a glance, Marley appears to abstain from talking purely out of shyness. However, this is not the case- in reality, Marley doesn't like to talk because she's afraid of hurting people on accident, even though she always chooses her words carefully. As a result, she "clams up" whenever she thinks about it. However, when the player character defeats Marley in battle, she heavily implies that she enjoys spending time with them (though she claims that she only likes battles a "little" before clamming up and saying that she likes them a "tiny" bit).

Marley is a Pokémon Trainer from the Sinnoh region.

Partner Pokémon: Arcanine.

Arcanine's appearance: Arcanine is a large, bulky canine Pokémon that also possesses traits of tigers and lions. It has a distinct long dog-like muzzle with a large round black nose. Its eyes are triangular in shape, with black pupils. It has short diamond-shaped orange ears with cream colored insides. The majority of Arcanine's body is covered with bright orange fur with jagged black stripes, resembling the fur of a tiger. Its most of its head and face, and its chest, legs, are covered in light cream colored fluffy tufts of fur. It has a long puffy cream-colored tail. Marley's Arcanine is male.

Legends tell of Arcanine fighting alongside a general and conquering a whole country.

Arcanine knows Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, and Flare Blitz.

Flame Wheel: Arcanine runs at the opponent and its whole body becomes enveloped in flames. It then tackles the opponent.

Flamethrower: Arcanine releases a red-orange stream of fire from its mouth at the opponent.

Flare Blitz: Arcanine user cloaks itself in fire and charges at the foe. This may leave the target with a burn.

Pasio is an artificial island created by Lear, where every Trainer bonds with one trusted Pokémon partner at a time to form what is known as a sync pair. These sync pairs fight together in Pasio’s signature 3-on-3 team battles. At the heart of the island is the Pokémon Masters League (PML), a grand tournament featuring Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, Champions, and other notable Trainers from every region. To qualify, participants must defeat PML Leaders across Pasio and earn five badges while adventuring with their partnered Pokémon. Centra City is the island’s largest hub, hosting a Pokémon Center complete with a shop and café. Other major locations include the Battle Villa, a multi-floor challenge facility for endurance-based combat, and several specialized arenas scattered across the island. The most prestigious battleground is the Champion Stadium, where the final rounds of the PML are fought. Meanwhile, the Trainer Lodge serves as a social space where Trainers gather, interact, and strengthen their partnerships.
