Bride of Pent, Count Reglay of Etruria. Dressed up for the festival together with her husband.

She is the wife of Pent, Count of Reglay of Etruria, with whom she mothered Klein and Clarine. She is also the adoptive mother of Erk, and distant cousin of Queen Hellene of Bern, making her a distant relative of Zephiel.

Louise was born to a family of low nobility, and was both a distant relative and good childhood friend to another minor noble named Hellene. When she was 14, Louise was gathered among 20 noble ladies, all of whom were of higher status, for consideration to marry Lord Pent, the count of one of the biggest houses of Etruria. Rather than developing skills that showed good qualities of a high-born noble by doing duties seen as traditionally feminine like singing and dancing, like the other ladies of the court, Louise chose to learn to wield a bow. Honing her skills, she developed a deadly ability with the weapon. This was accompanied by her vow to protect Pent, regardless of whom he chose. The nobles in the room laughed at her, but to everyone's surprise Pent was impressed by her sincerity and selected Louise as his fiancée, making her the new Countess Reglay of Etruria through marriage.

Years later, Louise and Pent took Erk as their adoptive son when the boy was 12 years old and was found lost in the snow. Louise was extremely happy to have a new companion in the castle because Pent was too busy fulfilling his duty as a mage general and so was rarely home. She doted him with attention and treats, but Erk spent most of his time locked in his room studying and reading books until exhaustion, worrying her.

Louise is informal, spontaneous, and gentle, albeit somewhat childlike in nature. Her title as a powerful countess often intimidates the low-born members of the army, but she rejects stiff formality, always assuring that she wants to be treated as everyone else, asking to be addressed by her first name. Too much formality makes her uncomfortable, especially because she was not born in a powerful family. She also rejects other people's eventual attempts to protect her, assuring she can protect herself and instead taking the role of Pent's personal protector, as she promised in their marriage vows.

Despite not having very developed skills in arts seen as traditionally feminine such as dancing, poetry and singing as expected of most noble ladies, Louise is still very girly due to her rather feminine looks and especially her strong motherly instincts, as shown by her disposition of taking orphans to her castle and raising them as her own children, like she did with Erk and Dieck. She is very doting towards her adopted son Erk, despite him feeling unworthy and overwhelmed by her love, and she doesn't care about the nobles complaining of her raising commoners as proper nobles. She always wants to take care of members of the army by doing small acts of kindness like braiding Guy's hair and making Rebecca feel more confident with herself.

She loves Pent, even taking on the role of both his wife and protector, having taken up the bow as a means to catch his attention over his other suitors in the past, though she used to resent the small amount of time they spent together in the castle and finds solace in Erk's company. Despite many other men in the army finding her beautiful, she never once swayed from her feelings towards her husband. As a ruler and mother, Louise is shown to be good-hearted and loving but rather lax. This is demonstrated by her carefree attitude towards the coup in the territory of her dukedom, the fact that her younger daughter Clarine ran away home bored with her lifestyle, and that Klein was almost killed by a lion in an arena when he was a kid.

She is currently attending the Askr bridal festival.

Appearance: Louise has fair skin. She has a slender build. She has purple eyes. Her long blonde hair is styled into a thick braid that rests over her left shoulder. A pink rose is pinned to the left side of her head, attached to a short, sheer dark grey veil. She wears a white off-the-shoulder bodice with a ruffled neckline and dark grey trim. A gold and black ornamental piece rests just below her neck. She wears long white detached sleeves extending past her elbows to cover part of her hands. A wide dark pink fabric sash wraps around her waist. Large clusters of pink and light blue roses are attached to her waistline. The lower half of her dress consists of a layered white overskirt. Long white feathers cascade down the sides of her hips. The white outer skirt panels feature a thick gold border with intricate, swirling gold cut-out patterns along the bottom hem. A smooth pale pink underskirt flows beneath the white panels. A long, sheer dark grey cape trails behind her. Her legs are covered in opaque white tights. Her footwear consists of white heels featuring silver decorative straps crossing over the top of the foot and ankle. She holds a bow and a single arrow. The bow features curved white limbs with black and white striped sections near the pointed tips. Pink and light blue roses decorate the bow's upper and lower limbs. The center grip of the bow is a light teal cylinder flanked by silver conical guards on both ends. The arrow features a silver shaft and white fletching.

Louise uses a bow covered in purple and pink roses. It is called the Bouquet Bow.

She is a cavalry unit and rides on a horse. She is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

The Askr Bridal Tournament is a ceremonial event held annually within the Kingdom of Askr, blending pageantry with battle in a celebration of unity across worlds. Originally conceived as a peaceful festival to honor the bonds forged through summoning, it has since become a beloved tradition among the heroes summoned by the Order. Though named for bridal attire, the tournament is not a wedding ritual, but rather a symbolic display of grace, skill, and strength under the theme of ceremonial dress—specifically, bridal regalia.

Participants don ornate, often culturally inspired bridal garments that reflect their homeland’s traditions or personal ideals. These outfits are formal, but specially tailored for battle, allowing for free movement and combat readiness. The tournament’s events vary each year and include mock battles, duels, archery contests, obstacle races, and displays of magical finesse. Despite the competition, the emphasis is on camaraderie, respect, and cross-cultural exchange between realms.

Heroes view the event with mixed sentiments—some with lighthearted humor, others with solemn pride. For many, it’s an opportunity to honor their roots, loved ones, or simply show the strength of their resolve. For others, it’s a chance to share moments of levity amid the ongoing war with Embla.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.

Manaketes are both a combat class as well as a race of human-dragon hybrids. Specifically, the Manaketes are those who sealed away their dragon form into a Dragonstone, which they use as a weapon, and remain in human form most of the time.
